A special place with a gracious host family. We stayed 5 nights and used it as our base while touring the surrounding area. We were tired travelers having arrived from the U.S. very early that morning. Carol offered a warm welcome and took great care of us. The beds were so comfortable, the room large and spotless, and the breakfast was just what we needed for a full day of touring.||||The beauty and peace of this special place was such a blessing!

Our stay on our way from and to Dover/ Channelport. Carol and family are perfect hosts, a very beautiful peaceful location, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast (selfmade marmelade, local food). The rooms are very clean. Recommended, I am sure we will be back sometime. We love this old and authentic farm, a comfortable and relaxing late 14th century farmhouse in peaceful surroundings.

The room was huge with a very large comfortable bed and we were treated to a cream tea by the hostess on arrival. ||It is a working farm but very quiet. Everything was spotless and the breakfast plentiful with real homemade preserves and artisan bread. The hostess does everything she can to make you feel welcome. We would stay again.

We were greeted with super home made cake and a pot of tea, then our stay got even better.|Our en suite room had everything we needed. |The breakfast was delicious; every item on the table was traceable from field to fork. Sausages were made by a neighbour who kept pigs as a hobby and bought their feed. The apple juice was made on a local farm, The jam was made on the farm using a neighbor's raspberries, etc etc|The building is an architectural gem, Grade 2 listed. Our bedroom was half 14th and half 16th century. It was a pleasure to eat in the family dining room surrounded by beautiful fittings and furniture.|We had a wonderful stay.

What a great B&B on a farm. Lambing was almost at the end, so lots of sheep. The calfs were in the shed waiting for nice weather to go in the fields. I loved it. I loved to talk with Carol about the farm. Every morning we had a great breakfast. The room was very comfortable. Everything you could think of. Spotless clean and well maintained. I can't think of anything to improve. This was our second stay, and I don't hesitate to say: we will come back!

We staied at this lovely B&B for 3 nights. Both rooms were very clean, cosy and inviting through all the little details. The breakfast was superb with fresh ingridiants and the hostes was delightful.|We got a lot of brilliant suggestions and tips on where to visit and how to get there .||Thank you Carol

Lovely place in the middle of the countryside. The landlady greated us with a nice cup of tea and homamade cake. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is huge. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful room.
