Staff are absolutely lovely, especially Sarah who gave us all the top tips, and the kids loved the animals and meeting Primrose the new baby goat.
Deducted one star for price and slow service in the cafe.

We’ve been to the lamb feeding today and it’s our second year…it’s just brilliant. Olivia and Josh who run it are so lovely and are fantastic with our son who has special needs. We also go for walk round the park which is always so well presented and just a lovely place to be. All the staff are so friendly and go out if their way to make you feel welcome. We will always recommend this place to people near and far. ☺️

One of the best gardens that we've been to for accessibility. I took my Mum there for mother's day and took her mobility scooter, there was only one path in the entire garden that couldn't accommodate it but even then, all of the areas were accessible. And for those who can walk but need regular breaks, there's plenty of seating at regular intervals.

On top of that the gardens are beautiful, the tearoom is delightful and the staff are really helpful. It also has farm animals and plenty of play areas so it's excellent for families.

Beautiful place to visit, the peacocks had peachicks which was so cute to see, the cafe is lovely. The carp in the lake love being hand fed, so buy a bag of food from the reception area and watch them take it from you. The gardens are lovely & I chatted to one if the gardeners about an amazing lime coloured leaf tree I'd seen, he told me it was an Indian bean tree. There are animals there, Highland cow, goats, sheep and gunieapigs and rabbits. By the small stream there are sculptures of bees and dragon flies.
