I did not purchase from this company, but from one of their sellers, they however as the manufacturer should be held responsible for faulty products.
I have had 2 Ace gas fryers since June last year, the second was a replacement for the first which had flames coming out of it .
Now, 4 months after installing the second one, I have experienced the same fault...I cannot use it as there is a serious safety issue.
I have attempted to email the company..and I know I have the correct address as it is the same as I previously sent , but the messages are not going through...I can only assume my email address has been blocked.
However, I have sent the message now via Facebook messanger and waiting to see if I get a response.
If not I will be contacting Trading Standards as I am a small business and cannot afford to lose business or lose money due to purchasing faulty items

Poor Service, called before purchasing to enquire about my delivery options, delivery was scheduled for next day however. Now 3 business' days later (at lot longer if we include the option of a weekend delivery) they have failed to deliver again, attempting delivery at the billing address and staff seem frustrated you would make an additional enquiry about your purchase that was meant to arrive last Thursday.

Ordered a right hand double drain sink but what got delivered was the complete opposite. They sent me a left hand drainer which caused a lot of problems whilst fitting. I emailed them straight away and after couple months I got no reply. Still no reply as of yet and it’s been a year or so. Terrible service. Regret buying.

i have been bought some item 2 month but all of them is broken. i have been try contract with them but they didnt fix anything. dont think business with them any more

Bought 2 X 3kw elements online on 17/5/15, came with no fixing nuts, which they did send after I contacted them. Since fitting, these elements just were not heating water like they should, and on removal to check them, they were engraved 240V/500watt. Tried emailing twice to sort - no reply. Not impressed with this level of customer service.
