Avoid This Place – Extremely Disappointing Experience

This was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. The masseuse was completely untrained and seemed to have no understanding of the job. Instead of a proper massage, she simply applied oil and rubbed her hands without any technique or skill.

The management is equally disappointing, with poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against visiting this place, as it’s a waste of time and money. You will regret it.

Disappointing Experience
I’ve been to many massage places before, but unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had. The management seemed unorganized, and the staff appeared untrained and unsure of what they were doing. Additionally, the level of customer service was rubbish ; the staff came across as rude and dismissive. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless they make significant improvements.

Would recommend. A welcome on arrival. Lovely warm room. Very relaxing atmosphere. Very clean. 1 hr deep tissue massage from Sonya was excellent. Feeling the benefit. Thanks.

The customer service was one of the worst l had come across. I called to booked for an 1hr message over the phone, on arrival l was informed l have to paid extra money to use the card machine. l informed the receptionist that l was not told when booking that there is an extra card payment machine cost. The receptionist called the manager who than told me that as a small business they need to make their money back to pay the girls, hence why they charge additional payments to use their card machine. I don't understand why paying the girls was not factor in to the business plan. The customer service was the worst ever and when taking customers they need to be clear about their motive. I will not recommend this service based on my experience.

Massage was ok, a bit cold and mechanical though. Don't think I would go again. No wow factor. Girl I saw was Lisa. Needs to learn compromise.
It's a rub and tug shop and the girls charge a lot for extras. £100 for her to strip naked and you are not allowed to touch. Someone thinks a lot of themselves.
Definitely on my not to go back list
The owner is now lying by saying I was rude and trying to touch staff inappropriately. That is a total fabrication. I hope the owner can back that claim!!! Disgusting business practices.
