Been using this place for over a year now. Staff are great and go above and beyond to help you. Food is always tasty and fresh. The Pork Baps are the best i have had. Keep up the great work guys. I will be back soon with another large order. 👍👌

Such a shame previous owners have gone. Since the change of management....the current owner / manager is now producing disgusting, dry, flavourless pork sandwiches & their cold sandwiches are not much better.

If you order a delivery, their delivery takes ages to come & current staff & management are rude if you provide any feedback / complain.

After being a customer of the 'Ermi's for years' I'm sad to say I WILL HAPPILY NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. There are much nicer sandwich shops in Droitwich to go to.... with nicer staff, better value for money & much higher quality ingredients

Disappointed. Used to visit this cafe all the time when previously owned. The staff now seemed as if they didn’t want to be there and was a chore to get up from the table. Food was decent pork was just a bit tasteless.

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Food is always cooked perfectly and always delivered quickly. Never had a problem with them:)
