Just returned from 3 nights in St Anne’s. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, a real home from home. Sarah is lovely and very welcoming. We had the whole first floor to ourselves, massive bedroom and you could hold a party in the massive bathroom. We loved the little drinks station on the landing, different teas and coffees available. Also sarah provided cereals with fresh milk in the fridge and the biscuits came in very handy. We had a big problem with the bed! We didn’t want to get out of it haha, sooo comfy. |Sarah does have dogs which didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely come back and bring a family dog. We didn’t notice a dog smell like others say! It was very clean. |The accommodation is 5 mins from the centre of St Anne’s and about 10 mins from the beach. It’s very a very quiet area. |Thanks Sarah we would definitely come back x

This place is a hidden gem! We had the whole floor to ourselves...a lovely comfy, spacious bed, huge bathroom with all you needed for a shower there to use and a fridge with water, juice, milk Everything was spotlessly clean. Also a great choice of tea and coffees, proper cups and glasses too, tin of biscuits and chocolates in our room for our anniversary! Sarah really has thought of everything..all lovely wee touches to make your stay perfect! We both slept very well and have only positive things to say. Thank you Sarah, a lovely host, and we will be back for sure! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A gorgeous home from home. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! We had the full top floor to ourselves with a beautiful room, fridge full of all the essentials, biscuits, cereals and my personal favourite extra - proper wine glasses! Our bathroom was huge with everything we could have needed||Just a couple of minutes walk to the centre and on a lovely quiet street. Sarah was lovely and couldn’t be more accommodating. A wonderful Stay In a wonderful place. Hugely recommended x

The wife and I with our dogs stayed here this weekend.
A lovely very reasonably priced guest house in a good location. Maybe 5 minutes walk to town centre and a few more to the beach. Nice welcome from the owner and dog friendly.
Room was very warm even in winter, comfy and clean bed, decent shower, free tea, coffee and cereals.
The local area has a great beach for dogs and many craft ale type bars very nearby.

This is a hidden gem! Sarah has thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable. All the lovely wee touches! Great selection of tea, coffee, juice, biscuits! Fridge to use, cold milk and great choice of cereals. Nice glasses and cups too! We had whole of floor to ourselves. Huge bathroom, comfortable bed in lovely fresh bedroom, spotlessly clean, central location and fantastic value for money...we will be back! Thank you Sarah for a lovely stay!

fantastic little b&b 5 minutes walk from St annes centre. There's free parking on the street outside.|Bedroom was lovely and clean and the bathroom is huge and beautiful and clean.||Much attention has been given to little things by the host. There's a fridge and tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal, milk all provided free of charge. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom. The towels were big and fluffy. The host was absolutely lovely and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend esjays. A fantastic, well run little place! Thank you Sarah x

Overrated, the owner is very nice but there is a musty smell of dogs that we hate . The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Not sure about the en-suite claim as there are two bedrooms on the first floor that could share the bathroom. Also, the free parking translates to you parking on the street. Decent price but we won’t be back 5/10.

This is the second time we have visited this lovely little guest house in Lytham st Anne's . The house is located on a leafy road at the end of a row.there is parking nearby or outside the property.||||Sarah is a really lovely host and provides an array of breakfast cereals, different coffees and tea with sugar and sweeteners and also provides water, milk, juice in the fridge.||There is a lovely selection of biscuits and we were given a box of Maltesers ||||The bedroom is comfortable and just right for a couple. The bed is really comfy, as are the pillows. On our first stay, it was a bit chilly and there is an electric heater which warmed up the room really well.||||Across the landing is a spacious clean bathroom with twin sinks, and a lovely deep bath with a shower. Sarah provides a selection of shower gels. There are always clean towels available and Sarah will go out of her way to help with anything that you may be missing. The bathroom is light and airy.||||If you want to stay somewhere that provides value for money and a home from home atmosphere then this is the place. It was a most enjoyable stay and we will return.
