Kathy was an excellent host and made us feel welcome.

The room was an good size and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the portion size was very generous.

My friend, who doesn't like baths, said that if he were to return he would definitely take a bath as he was very impressed by the facilities. For clarification the shower was also very good.

Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place, spacious rooms, clean and everything you could possible need. Kathy and Gary are lovely people and do a great breakfast. Definitely will be looking to book again. I'd give more stars if I could 😁

Gary & Kathy are a warm and friendly couple who run a very clean and well kept B&B. There hospitality is amazing along with a great cooked breakfast or choice of cereals etc in the morning. The B&B is situated in a lovely location, has great rooms and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Kathy very friendly and Gary cooks an excellent breakfast. Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Excellent supply of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits in the room. Kathy will provide fresh milk if asked. Large selection on the breakfast menu. Covid secure.

First of all, the location is incorrect in Google Maps, it's opposite the fish&chips shop Eskdale Fisheries a little bit further south. It's a lovely B&B, really well looked after by the couple that runs it. We stayed in a very clean spacious room and had a great traditional breakfast. The location is ideal to explore the North York Moors National Park.

Stayed at this wonderful and friendly B&B. Lovely people who cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The Paris room was perfect ! clean beautifully decorated and little touches, to make it lovely!. The breakfasts were brilliant, plenty of it and well cooked.Would recommend highly.

Handy for a trip to Whitby. On a main road so expect road noise, though a quiet used road through the Dead of night. Breakfast was nice/generic full English, hospitality was very pleasant! Only has parking for 3 cars at a push, had to park at other side of main road.

Stayed here for a weekend away in Whitby. The lady of the house was wonderful and thoughtful. The room was gorgeous, lovely decor and breakfast included to accompany the decent pricing. Will be back on my next trip.
