Esme is a true healer. Powerful, knowledgeable, and deeply intuitive. This was my first shiatsu session and both the consultation & treatment were impeccable. I suffer with chronic pain in my joints and limbs, and the proof was in the pudding ... for the first time in many years I woke up the next day without any pain at all in my body. I went to Esme Yoga beginners class for several weeks after many years of not practising Yoga and feeling very unsure of myself and my capabilities. All were welcome and Esme made me feel more confident to start from scratch with no pressure. She has a lovely nature about her and a breath of fresh air compared to other classes i have tried in the past. Thanks Esme! would definitely recommend to anyone of any level of experience to come to an Esme Yoga class. 5 stars! 🙂

I attend Esme's yoga classes weekly and thoroughly enjoy them. She has great energy and is a brilliant yoga teacher. I am trying my best to remain supple and after each class feel so much better.
I have had several Swedish massages with Esme too which are truly the best (note to self - book another one soon!!).

I find Esme to be an excellent, friendly Yoga teacher, who passes on her 20 plus years of experience with great skill and humour. We are all made to feel very welcome no matter what your level or limitations. I learn something new every lesson and I find it a very enjoyable way to keep supple. I have had several shiatsu treatments from Esme. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Her room at the wellbeing centre is a calm and relaxed haven. Each shiatsu treatment was very therapeutic and my body felt better for it.

This was my first time at yoga, It was amazing to work with Esme, She has an excellent yoga environment that helped me relax my whole whole body although some of the positions I struggled with.
She is very patient and made me feel very welcome.

I feel it increased my mental and physical energy, and I’m sure once I get into a routine of practicing yoga, I will feel like a new person
