Simply out of the kindness of his heart, the owner of this cosy little coffee house set up a decorated table at my boyfriend’s request for our anniversary.

That, on top of the quality of their food and drinks, as well as general service and atmosphere, really makes this the best spot in bournemouth (or anywhere) to go.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Best coffee in Bournemouth. From an Italian espresso lover.
The place is very underground and cozy. Perfect for a chilling 5 minutes coffee break. Sited right in the city centre, is a must. Many gems around to appreciate as well.
Get a spot upstairs if you can. ?

Went to Espresso Kitchen today and ordered a Cortado. The guy in there was really nice and I could tell that he was genuinely passionate about his coffee! We talked about the coffee blend that he was using and we also talked about the big coffee shops and how they compare to small, independent coffee shops.

As a decaf drinker it's easy to be let down by an otherwise good coffee shop but I was really impressed with the quality of their decaf. Really excellent and very reasonably priced. Always nice to support an independent.

What a find. It's very small and be prepared to share a table. The coffee was high quality and great tasting. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It was so good I had to take my friends the next day.
