I had a hair transplant with Este Medical in December 2024. My experience with this clinic has been fantastic. From my consultation about the transplant with Ozzy, to the surgery in Turkey, and the after care programme I’m currently doing, I have been looked after every step of the way.

Irana, a hair specialist at the clinic, is very friendly and knowledgeable. She keeps an eye on the progression of my recovery since the transplant on a weekly basis during my after care laser hair treatments. She’s able to answer all my questions and give me detailed advice on how to apply the after care products such as the hair serum she recommended me to use.

All staff at the clinic are friendly and very welcoming. If you’re looking to get a hair transplant or are thinking of getting one, I would highly recommend going to Este Medical.

I had a laser hair removal session with Bita, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. I had my hair transplant with Este Medical and I was treated well from start (consultation to after care).

The staff are super friendly, from receptionist to consultants (Harj) and PRP sessions staff (not sure their name but both ladies were fantastic) and then especially Irana for the laser hair growth. She works really hard, she is super welcoming to every person and hospitable (the mint teas are a nice touch). The. Aftercare has been fantastic.

I am very happy with my results and have my confidence back, the team at Turkey who did the surgery were good.

Two small points, at times it feels very salesy and price is higher than others but I am happy with the result. The other is that in Turkey, it’s a nurse that does the majority not the doctor, the doctor guides - I was told it was a doctor but ultimately I was happy with the nurse’s work.

I’ve been going for around 3 months now and the experience and service has been amazing. I visited due to my hair thinning and after 3 months of laser regrowth therapy and PRF my hair has became a lot thicker and my hair is growing back. One of the staff members Irana has been very friendly welcoming when I come in for my appointments, she takes her time to throughly explain everything to me and ensures all my queries are answered. I am very pleased with the entire experience and the service I have received from the staff. I encourage anyone who is thinking of doing it to do it.

I’ve been attending the Birmingham branch for laser hair removal, so far my experience has been good. My practitioner Fereshteh is a great professional and has been so lovely. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the process and I always want to have her do my sessions.
