Booked in November 2024 and secured on my credit card with free cancellation for June 2025.||They took full payment immediately as part of their policy which is not obvious on booking.com. ||I book multiple hotels for many events and this is the first hotel to take the money immediately even though secured and with cancellation option. ||Be aware of this practice in case the hotel closes or goes out of business!

Should have received notification of how to access the property before we arrived. After using the What’s App chat nobody contacted me, tried ringing but they were not accepting calls!!. At the property a note was in the door with phone number for Genna, rang twice no answer just about to leave when I received a message with instructions in how to access property. You have to crouch down to put in access code and once in I had to kneel on the floor to open the lockbox for room key. Being more mature it was not easy crouching or kneeling. Was pleased with room till my partner used the shower, there is a rain shower head a handheld shower and 3 knobs, the main shower did not get hot and no pressure so used the handheld shower, not realising ever time it was put back into the holder it was spraying the closed bathroom door, the water came under the door wetting the carpet in the room, used towels to try and soak up the water. Eventually found top knob did main shower, middle knob heat of water and bottom was handheld shower. Not impressed. 2nd night we had people in the next room, we could hear their bathroom fan running, their TV and them talking, they were not shouting. It’s a shame the above spoilt potentially good accommodation. Will not return

The location was perfect for our need but that where the good news finishes. The lockbox with the key to our "suite" would not open only to find another one right at the bottom with a sticker with our room number on. |We booked a suite but it was more like a bedsit...without the sitting element. When lying in bed I could reach out and touch the kitchen worktop. Well I say kitchen, no sink but they put up a poster apologising so that's ok then. I went to use the shower but it would only work if I ran the sink tap also and then it would only produce scalding hot water. The only communications option is to use WhatsApp but that meant at a least a 20 minute delay in getting a reply...if at all. I decided that I would watch some TV while I waited for someone to acknowledge my existence. However that didn't work either. I thought I was getting hot under the collar only to find the heating had been set to full despite being in a really hot period in June?|Eventually someone got back to me and despite clearly sensing my annoyance no one picked up the phone to ring . So five whatapp message later I realised the only words these people know are, "I can only apologise" Well no actually you can get someone out to fix the problems...which they did as we were leaving.|I attach a photo of the TV placement...interesting.

My partner and I spent last Saturday night at this hotel. Everything was fantastic. Can not fault it in anyway. Rooms were modern, very clean and decorated to a very high standard. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, Flat screen TV, toiletries, memory foam mattress and gorgeous soft fluffy towels. The breakfast was delicious and the guy who looked after us was really helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 1st class from start to finish. Thankyou!!

Nice in principle
But no humans ( so can it really be called a hotel? )
Wi-Fi didn’t work
Too many emails sent with this and that. Be concise!
And no air con, which one would expect at that price point
And bed comfortable but too small for 2 at that price point (was only myself luckily)
Loads of utensils, for use with a microwave? Doesn’t particularly make sense.

But nice room, coffee, shower

Family and friends virtually took over the hotel for the weekend 11th - 13th October 2019 to attend my daughter's wedding just up the road from the hotel. It was ideally placed for us but, not only that, it was clean, modern and very comfortable, with a lounge / dining area for us to use ourselves (very welcome for those of us who arrived late evening after a long day) and other bright and spacious areas. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent - a lot on offer to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. I would recommend this hotel - you won't be disappointed.

A really relaxing hotel with a friendly atmosphere. It is perfect for a walk into town but outside enough to visit family outside of town. The breakfasts are really good with all tastes catered for with a really personal touch. The rooms are disability friendly with a great ethos to the care industry. I am a nurse who works in a nursing home and love the fact that they run a hotel to help their clients have a better life. They also offer a discount to visitors who are visiting relatives in care.

This hotel was a fantastic find, best hotel in Yeovil! The rooms are modern and fresh, well furnished and beautifully decorated to a really high spec. Rooms have a fridge, nespresso machine plus teas and bottled water, flat screen tv, hair dryer etc. Lovely smelling toiletries, particularity loved the hand soap, great bathroom with enormous shower in a wet room style, my only negative about our whole hotel experience is that I wish that there had been some conditioner available. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet and pillows were clearly high quality, we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was superb, a vast continental selection of meats, cheese, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, toast, teas, coffees and fruit juices plus made to order hot food, myself and husband opted for the full English and we were both really impressed, butcher quality sausages and bacon, great eggs too! Would highly recommend this hotel.
