This hotel has extremely poor hygiene and has a clear bedbug infestation. My boyfriend and I stayed here and came home to discover we have been covered in bites.

Rooms have rubbish from previous guests tucked into bedsheets, carpets are all very dirty, open black bin bags left in corridors and there is dust everywhere.

The hotel since has ignored our messages and has not acknowledged their infestation or poor hygiene practices. Please, do not stay here.

BED BUGS!!! Absolutely disgusting place full of bed bugs. Left covered in bites and they dont seem to care at all, doubt they’ve even bothered trying to get rid of them. Don’t stay here it’s pure filthy not fit for a dog.

This hotel is just a perfect location, just a walking distance to the underground station, very accessible for local buses, very closed to shops and restaurants. I really had a wonderful stay and I’m really pleased for its nice atmosphere. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room is pretty decent. The helpfulness of the staff of the front desk was superb, he was really helpful, courteous and gives wonderful support in every way. Ali will give you some restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourists spots to visit and how to get there. This hotel offers you a great service. I would come back to this hotel definitely in my future endeavours to London as it made my stay so special and worry free. Thank you so much for my unforgettable trip and stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The sign outside, advertising "luxury" rooms was as false as my great grandma's teeth.

Having read previous reviews that indicated that this accommodation is "very disappointing" I thought, location seems decent enough and my expectations have been set, so let's give it a go.

Short walk from the station and the owners were polite. The room on the other hand... Wow!!

Shower was beyond grim, huge yellow / brown stain and no hot water. If you run the sink tap long enough, the water starts to come the shower drain...

As for the room, stains on walls and ceilings, and then there's was the bed...

Incredible stains, including what looked like mould... Towel, I'm pretty sure had blood stains.

Would I recommend? Yes if you want to film a horror movie, no if you have any shred of self respect... Truly, this place was disgusting

This place is the shambles. If you are in a position where you are scraping the barrel with very little choices concerning accommodation then this is the place.
Unfortunately I’ve visited this place twice due to the lack of options. The interior design is crude, the plumbing needs desperate attention, cleanliness is nowhere to be found. Instead there’s mould, dirty unclean beds and sheets. It’s quite repulsive actually, even the towels are bad. I would seriously wouldn’t recommend. The owner of the property does not care for the surroundings one bit.
The state of this low-level motel is a stark reflection of his attitude. The only good thing is the location. A ten second walk to the station, everything else regarding services is within walking distance because it’s next to a junction. That’s it. If you have any dignity, avoid.

We have a reservation booked on their website and waited for 45 min at the door in the rain for someone to answer or open the door and when the guy finally came, he simply said the hotel was fully booked and did not allow us to enter.

We stayed here as we were watching a concert at Wembley Stadium and had left it last minute to book our hotel. The usual travel lodge etc was fully booked so this was a last resort. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the local underground station and only two stops from Wembley. However, the room itself was awful. There was mould around the shower in the bathroom and on the ceilings which they had attempted to cover with some very badly fitted ceiling panels. The floor had a large dip in it, which they have tried to disguise under several layers of very poorly laid Lino and a folded towel. When I lifted the Lino there was broken concrete and bits of rubble in a hole in the floor. The bathroom was so small I could not dry myself in there after using the shower and had to stand in the room to dry off. The sink and toilet were so close together that I banged my elbow on the sink sitting down on the loo. The taps were broken, the tiles were broken, just very poorly maintained. The bedroom was in a similar state with mould and damp stains on the ceiling. All the furniture was old and badly damaged, the curtains were ripped, it was generally in a bad state of disrepair. It was apparently a no smoking hotel but the walls and floors were stained yellow and the was a faint smell of smoke. There was a small fridge in the room but it didn’t work very well. The bedding appeared to be fresh and clean but that was about the only positive. Breakfast was included in the price but given the poor conditions in the room, we thought it was best to eat out and went to a local cafe for breakfast. I paid £360 for two nights and although I expect to pay higher prices in London, I was well and truly ripped off. It was like a smack heads bed sit. AWFUL!!!
