Absolutely stunning place, just spent a few days here and I was completely blown away. Staying at the newly renovated lodges you honestly feel like you have woken up in fishing heaven. And the grounds are so well kept, I’ve never been to a place so picturesque while fishing before. 100% will be back again shortly, the best fishing trip I’ve ever been on!

My first time with my caravan and I couldn't of chosen a better site to stay, I had the best 2 weeks,
The grounds are maintained daily and to a great standard. The others staying there are really friendly and helpful, the fishing lake's are great ?. I highly recommend this site and well done to the owner for everything he does to keep it at a great standard... the charge for staying is really reasonable...

This site is lovely, so well kept and tidy. Bradley is really friendly.
It is first come first served in the pitches but after a walk around the site this really doesn't matter.
If you fish, the lakes are well maintained and plenty of features to fish from and despite having day tickets there is plenty of space for everyone as you have a choice of lakes, whether your after carp or silvers. The fish are in really good condition to.
We will be visiting again, this site is a gem

It's always a great place, nice and quiet, my husband says the fishing is really good. The cottage is lovely and comfortable and has almost everything that you need, I say almost as it really needs a fridge with an ice box or a little freezer. While we're there the weather was really hot but couldn't even buy ice lollies as no where to put them. We are looking forward to going back again.

Second time staying here with our caravan. Fishing good beautiful kept site. Owner Bradley is very welcoming and goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. Just a nice size site without all the amenities you can live without in a caravan which usually put costs up.
We will definitely come back again.

Let's start with the host, Bradley, a better host you will struggle to find, keeps everyone happy and the location perfectly manicured. The location - the pitches are surrounded by three fishing lakes / ponds, full of fish, mainly carp up to a mid doubles that I have seen caught, with bigger having been reportedly caught before. The services are just water, waste and elsan toilet, so need your own toilet and shower. To be fair, why spoil the great location by building a shower and toilet block, I wouldn't. In addition to the caravan and motorhome pitches, there is a very nice house looking building which has three separate apartments to rent as well. You even get the lawn to fish one of the lakes from if you stay in one of the apartments. Town is in walking distance.
