From the time you arrive at this property you know you have made the correct choice. The building itself is extremely well maintained to start then after being welcomed by your excellent hosts Kathy and Gez you are shown to your spotless room and beautiful bathroom. Depending on which side of the house your room is on you are treated to a sunrise or sunset across open fields. The location also allows for a really quiet nights sleep before you are treated to a great breakfast which uses quality products. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend to others. Thanks again Kathy & Gez.

Great place, great value and amazing hosts. |We only stayed for one night but we would loved to have stayed longer. Kathy and her husband were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They dropped us to a local event and offered to pick us up too. Our room was perfect, the area is so quiet. Breakfast was excellent too. We would highly recommend staying at this B&B.

I have been a regular visitor to Fair View for a while now and I genuinely love being there. Not only is it located in a beautiful little part of the countryside surrounded by wildlife and ever-changing beautiful scenery but the accommodation itself is 10/10! Kathy and Gez are so welcoming and kind and they have created a beautiful house that really does feel like a home away from home! I’ve stayed in a couple of rooms at Fair View and each offers everything I could ask for. Kathy and Gez are also pretty bloody good in the kitchen too so breakfast is excellent to say the least! On the whole I highly recommend Fair View as being not only a lovely homely place to stay due to the outstanding hospitality and comfort provided as well as being well maintained and managed extremely well but also great value for money! Keep it up guys, see you again soon!

Loved this B and B. Communication was excellent, I was travelling alone for a local wedding and the owners let me check in very early so I could get changed for the wedding. |Lovely room/bathroom which was spotless. The bed was so comfortable and you could hear a pin drop. |Breakfast was perfect, if you are extra lucky you get a dog cuddle!|Would highly recommend.

I arrived here quite late in the evening. I was greeted by the hosts and shown what was what. The rooms and the bathroom are spotlessly clean with tea and coffee and lovely views from the window. I’ve just had a wonderful breakfast. The hosts are absolutely lovely and are happy to help you should you need it.I would 100% recommend this bed and breakfast for the cleanliness the location and the owners.I should add I very rarely do reviews but this deserves it.
