We were attending a funeral and decided to stay at Fairlawns as this was where the wake was taking place. We were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large with a fabulous walk in shower. We also ate at the hotel that evening and the food was excellent. On the day of the funeral we attended the wake which was expertly catered for. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Walsall, they also have spa facilities which on this trip we didn’t use but when we return we intend to.

Excellent service. Great and efficient staff.. Management was very welcoming...Great food and atmosphere.. the facilities are top notch...We had a great time attending a wedding.. Fairlawns is a very welcoming place with very high standards..Thank you for the welcome...Compliments to Rob, Katey, Joe (?) in fact all of the bar and serving staff! The management is just great too!.. Keep up the high standards.. !

Just had the most amazing few days at Fairlawns Hotel and Spa. Our suite was excellent. Fresh, spotlessly clean, spacious. Didn't want to leave. The spa facilities are second to none. The evening meal in the restaurant was superb. Outstanding breakfast this morning. The staff are so helpful, polite, kind and so friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. We are celebrating my daughters' 30th birthday. Thank you to all the staff for making it so special for her. We shall definitely be back as soon as we can. A wonderful place to spend time

We hired the private dining room at Fairlawns for a family birthday .From the moment we entered the building at reception to the time we left, we were treated to beautiful service and delicious food.|Everything ran like clockwork without us ever feeling rushed. It is rare to get such excellent hospitality. So thank you all who were involved in making our night special.

We held our wedding day at Fairlawns and it was simply fantastic. Everything ran like clockwork on the day and the Fairlawns team were both attentive and friendly throughout. Our guests commented on how engaging the team were which helped make this such a memorable occasion for us. The food and service was excellent and the support provided by the hotel in the run up to the wedding removed much of the usual stress that goes with it. We have also had meals in the restaurant and experienced the spa facilities, all of which are awesome.

We visit relatively frequently and always look forward to a spa day. I have previously reviewed, praising the value for money. Since the remodelling, there are a number of changes where it seems the customer is not the focus. ||The food is still superb, with a change to lunch, now choosing in advance the main course and a dessert. Breakfast remains unchanged. However, afternoon tea and hot drinks are now additional charges, which detracts from the luxury and relaxation of the spa experience. ||The various spa facilities have been updated with a fantastic luxury finish and cannot be faulted.||The staff are professional, friendly and helpful.||We will continue to visit but felt a bit disappointed by the changes made in the service provided.

We had our Wedding here and we couldn't recomend Fairlawns enough. The venue was perfect, from the very first meeting with Josh we felt at complete ease and nothing was too much to ask, we felt so well looked after.|On the day the manager and the whole team were brilliant, everyone complimented on how brilliant everything was.|The food was incredible.|The rooms have been recently refurbished I believe so it was in great condition and looks fantastic and modern.|The guest rooms were clean and looked fantastic.|Couldn't fault any part of our experiance with Fairlawns.|10/10

Recently stayed for a wedding. As someone who has previously worked in hospitality and therefore understands the challenge and sheer effort of providing a good service, I can honestly say the service we received was exceptional. Staff are welcoming, eager to please and rarely without a smile on their faces.
The food was phenomenal, up there with some of the best food I’ve ever had. Room was spacious, air conditioned and spotless. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
