The staff is great and the main facilities are nice. The food at the bar was good too. The beds were great. However the rooms are not well kept, there’s a lot of wear and tear which you wouldn’t expect at a relatively new hotel and for a hotel that charges quite a significant amount per night. The curtains are blackout however there is a gap on the side that just lets light in in the morning, defeating purpose. The spa facilities are ok however not well kept, there’s water and towels everywhere and it doesn’t feel clean. People blast music out loud from their phones. The foot bath wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed after reporting it the day before. The grounds are unspectacular - barely any flowers or interesting things to do. The ponds with the fountains are dirty. There is a ‘wellness walk’ path around the grounds but there’s pretty much nothing to see. Probably wouldn’t stay again, given the very high price per night I was expecting much more

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for my birthday, and it was truly one of the best weekends I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s serene beauty. The staff were exceptional, and our room was everything we could have hoped for. Since returning home, I’ve already started planning our next visit. The Fairmont Windsor has quickly become my favourite hotel, and whenever my partner and I get the chance for a night away, I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. Thank you for a truly wonderful weekend.

Wow! Classy in a way that's not pretentious!! If people don't give this place a 5-star, you've either just got bored of coming here or your just an ultimate snob. This place is so elegant, the service..incredible! From as soon as you enter all the way to spa, cafes, dinner and breakfast, superb. Breakfast literally had everything you can think of, along with a menu if that wasnt enough. Amazing big gym, with heavy dumbells, even 4 boxing bags and a speed ball, and a whole room for Pilates !!All the same details that can be annoying at other places covered at this place, i.e kcals labelled everywhere, huge shower with easy buttons no confusion, bedroom lighting perfectly labelled, huge TV with easy connection to Netflix, bluetooth for music everywhere in the room, nothing missing for teas and coffee with a lovely pull out draw. Lots of towels! Warmed outdoor pool, and indoor pool..both great sizes. A lot of spaces to chill out, the quiet room is so peaceful, great massages and with these very unique duvet type sheets, i was ready for bed! Izzy, thank you so much for making our 10 year anniversary special and showing empathy and compassion to our unforeseen circumstance at home. We appreciate you. This place is a must for anyone and from any country, I'm proud this is here in the UK to showcase what we can offer and the standard of our service vs the world. I'm well travelled by the way, worldwide.

We had a lovely family stay at the Fairmont Windsor Park over half term in February. We have 2 children ages 8 & 4 and we stayed in a large room with 2 double beds. I was reluctant to book at first due to it not being known as a "family" hotel, however, my confidence increased with every interaction with the staff in the planning of our stay. The hotel had half-term activities every day, run by the lovely Zelma - everything from crafts, to Pony rides so there was plenty for the kids to do. The swim sessions in the pool were great, however, you do need to book for the children at certain times and the spaces did fill up, so worthwhile to do this ahead of time. The Moreish restaurant was fine - the breakfasts were the best part. They could do more to make it feel more family friendly, even if just some colouring sheets and crayons. Alex, the bartender was incredible, he dazzled our kids with Mocktails and fabulous creations, he was so friendly and kind. The reception staff were brilliant, super attentive, kind and made us feel like royalty. In particular, Shravia, who supported the reception team; She always offered to carry our bags, help the children with their bags and walked us to the car. She is a lovely and caring person. Thank you everyone at the Fairmont for spoiling our family and making us feel so welcome!

As soon as we got out of the car, we received a very warm welcome and excellent service from staff.||A special thanks for a very good service to Mr.Inderpreet who gave us a hotel tour and a lot of information about hotel facilities. We didn't book a table for dinner at hotel and unfortunately all the hotel's restaurants were full. However Mr. Inderpreet helped find places for our dinner too. ||Ms Shravya at reception was also amazing. Apart from helping us with information, she also took us on a tour of the outside grounds of the hotel. ||Me and my group were very happy with their high standards of customer service.||The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with a lot of facilities.

This isn’t the 1st time we’ve stayed at Fairmont and it won’t be the last. From the staffing to the grounds no complaints at all. The food as always is sumptuous as well as the beverages.

Sleep comfort is second to none along side the room sizes and quality of the decor.
The spa facilities is a huge factor and what most guests visit for and it truly is phenomenal. Both outdoor and indoor pools are kept to a high standard in regards to cleanliness and temperature alongside the pool lounges which are heated and comfortable to lay on for long periods of time.

Please make time for the Japanese foot spa 😍.

All in all a welcome break which you’ll love as an individual, couple or family.

The arrival, lunch, check in and all service was amazing! We had a great time and loved our stay. The food was also incredible. My only negative was that there could be something for the children to do on a weekend, even if not school holidays maybe a hour hour crèche slot with an activity.

Brilliant staff and hotel. I’ve used this immaculate hotel for business but this was a first for pleasure. It was my birthday and the staff were wonderful throughout. I felt like a superstar as every member of staff during the two days made a point to tell me happy birthday. Super food and wonderful rooms. Service makes a place like this and it was perfect. Thank you to the whole team, from the door men to the restaurant crew to the reception team to the cleaners and everyone else.
