All round a great experience with the sales team. My step mum used to live on the island and has spent the past few years reminiscing about her time here. So we decided to purchase a holiday home here as family and it’s brought us great joy. The gentleman we dealt with was very thorough and helped guide us through the buying process, we’ve had no issues and great follow up care from the whole team. Fairway is such a beautiful place with stunning accommodation. We visited Fairway as we are looking all over the country for a property to buy. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Tash showed us around the park and answered all our questions, she was very professional and not pushy in the slightest. Fairway is definitely at the top of the list from all the parks we have visited so far and I will update my review if we go ahead with the purchase. Thank you very much for looking after us Tash.

Really lovely & friendly park. Been coming to the island for years to visit friends and each time I come back I am more impressed. Dog friendly too which is a bonus

they're good but old little Van's. Its sited on a 12 month residential park , so I can live there if I wanted. It comes with the usual site offerings of a laundarette, and a pub etc. And there is a small shop directly outside the site selling almost anything that you need for your stay.
All in all it's a clean comfortable place and the Van's are cosy. Ideal if your of a certain age.

Sold a caravan looked ok on the surface but was riddled with wet damp floors throughout and 1 x floor had sunken in the door way to the 1 bedroom and now cracked after I decided to take up carpets to replace with easy to clean laminate, brought it to the attention of the sales team, offered a replacement, but I was expected to pay monthly finance over 8 years for the replacement minus scrap value of £10,000 having paid 38,000 for mine 12 months ago been treated abborrently now waiting for an eviction notice as I am being kicked off of the site

Well situated for walks and cycle paths. Ten mins from SANDOWN beach. Facilities are somewhat basic compared to other parks but it's cheaper and somewhere to base yourself for a cheap family break.

The pool was advertised big , even in the profile picture, yet was closed 1st September, even though the weather was lovely and it was heated . Was a major let down, when questioned it was told it was somewhere on website, haven’t seen it yet. The people in the club house were lovely, the caravan clean . Not enough bins on the site especially when picking up dog mess .
