Ample free parking. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Room was basic but warm, super clean and quiet (top floor down the side of the building). Nice soft towels and plenty of tea/coffee/biscuit. Great value for this part of the city. 5 minutes walk from The Junction which was the reason for my stay. Would definitely stay again.

I was greeted by a friendly lady and told I was being given a larger family room as opposed to the single room I booked which was a nice touch. |Room had literally everything you could possibly need...a very comfortable bed, a large fridge, plates & cutlery, hairdryer...I could go on.||The room and bathroom was immaculately clean.||Location perfect, lot's of shops and restaurants walking distance. I had an early appointment at Addenbrookes which is close by too. ||Will 100% stay here again.

Nice quiet comfy single room enough for me on a quick business trip. Beddings and towels were great. Shower was powerful and warm. Accidentally left my charger behind and they kept it for me!
Plenty of parking at the back, although it can be a tight fit through the alley.
Nice cafe along the same street with plenty of custom sandwiches and drink choices.

Yes it does have parking and is close to the city. However 110 pounds a night for a dated guest house with no facilities breakfast not included. Very poor value. Better off at Premier Inn. See pictures, the pub carpet in the bathroom says it all

Nice and clean accommodation with plenty of room, nice bathroom and parking on site.

25min approx walk to main centre of Cambridge, but there are several restaurants and a couple of pubs close by.

We had a front room and there was no road noise which was fantastic.

I stayed 2 nights while visiting Addenbrookes. It's a half hour walk to the hospital so very accessible. ||This accommodation was pricey at £130 for 2 nights with no breakfast but it was still the cheapest I could find. They don't do breakfast so the TripAdvisor description is incorrect.||I saw the owner when I checked in, for a couple of minutes while I paid. Then I never saw her, or anyone else again. Check out was dropping keys in a box. ||The room I stayed in was dated in decor, old fashioned carpet, with blankets and sheets rather than duvet. However it was spotlessly clean, quiet and warm. The bed was very firm, which is how I like it. ||There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a full sized fridge (I didn't use), TV (I didn't use) and wifi. I couldn't get wifi to work but I wasn't expecting it to - it never does in this kind of accommodation in my experience.||I will need to come back to this area but I wouldn't return to this accommodation. ||

Warm welcome from proprietor and then offered a lift from her husband to where we were going which was very kind. The room was a good size and clean. Disappointed that there was no breakfast, I hadn't realised that when booking. Make sure you bring your own toiletries as they are minimal. However there is a full sized fridge which was very useful.

Not bad place with plenty of parking for free on the premises. Easy to find. Greeted promptly and warmly by the host. Room passable, single bed TV, pillows a bit on the thin side and no extra in cupboard. Shared bathroom. Do not think any review should have to contain this in 2019 but clean and warm with fresh sheets. Close to a few shops and pubs, and not far from city centre. Would stay again.
