All I can say is that our experience of dealing with Jason and Farmhouse Spas was nothing short of pleasurable. The first time we visited their site, Jason was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and generally a very nice chap. My wife and I did visit quite a few other hot tub suppliers, but we kept coming back to Farmhouse Spas for their style and quality. From the day we placed our order to the day they arrived to deliver and install our tub, we were kept very well informed, for which we were grateful. They arrived exactly on time and on the day they said they would and Jason himself came along with his happy and pleasant assistant Joe. They immediately set about taking the tub round the back and when I explained we had brand new turf just laid the day before, Jason immediately said he would return to his premises and bring back some scaffolding planks to save the grass. Both Jason and Joe were so careful how they maneuvered the tub to it's destination and after discussion with my wife and I as to the exact way and position we wanted it installed, went about carefully positioning it. They even had a big blow up air bag which they gently lay the tub on and then let the air out to bring the tub gently down to the desired position. They then set about connecting the cover and connecting the electric power. All in all everything went well and after giving us a lesson on the operation of the tub and water chemistry we were left very happy and excited at having the tub. It did take over a day to warm up the water, but now we are regular users and delighted with the finished product. I have no hesitation in thanking and recommending Farmhouse Spas for their interest and care in installing our hot top and thank you all for a bit of good old fashioned care and service.
