I have eaten from their food truck (delicious food) I buy their frozen dumplings whenever there's a 'dumpling drop' (again, delicious) and now I've learned how to make dumplings at their latest workshop which was an excellent experience and absolutely worth it.

I love this business, Jess is incredibly talented, not just making delicious food but also spreading the joy and sharing her gift at these workshops which I highly recommend if you can get a ticket.

FashionBake dumplings are by far the best out there, and that’s no exaggeration. You can truly taste the love that has gone into creating the flavours, hand-pleating the dumpling itself and cooking it to perfection before they’re served to you. I’ve had them in so many scenarios; from Bite Street, V&B Northampton, to buying and cooking them myself at home - they’ve tasted consistently amazing each time. If you ever get the chance to try them, you will taste a bit of heaven with each bite! Thank you for feeding us Jessica, we love you and your dumplings x

The most amazing food, and Jess sells her products frozen too. Can't wait to stock up so I can get my fix in between her van visits. The loveliest bao buns and gyōzas.
Also just done a dumpling workshop with Jess, it was the best date night idea x

Absolutely delicious, authentic Vietnamese Bao buns and dumplings, you won’t find better locally or even nationally! Such a treat for taking away and chucking into the freezer for a quick and delicious mean and also absolutely lovely at their pop-ups!

Just had a take away from the food truck. Bao Buns, mixed dumplings with Asian salad. Every flavour was fresh and tasty. Bao Buns were light and tasty. Friendly servers, good service and quality food.

You can taste the love & dedication Jess & her family invest into creating this food with every single bite. 10/10 dumplings & bao buns and amazing white choc matcha cookies if you can get your hands on one! A wonderful small business carrying an incredible legacy for their family which makes supporting them even more worthwhile ? ?

Most amazing dumplings and the Bao Bun is monster. We travel around the Northampton area to get our dumpling fix whenever we can. The Vietnamese salad is perfection. Everything is made with love and it shows. Jessica and Mumma Li are magicians. Rik always has time for a chat and a smile.
