Afternoon tea was beige
No tarts/ quiches etc which usually add some colour or fruit to nibble on - just too much creamy stuff
Most of our party left the top tier
Options for more savoury than sweet need to be incorporated

Staff on day were lovely but booking was problematic
We had 12 in our party and booking staff couldn’t accommodate this
Insisted we book separate table for 2!
We did but on day the staff accommodated us all on one table thank goodness!

We enjoyed the beautiful location and had a pleasant afternoon tea experience. We booked in the morning and arrived in the late afternoon. However, despite requesting no pork in our sandwiches, three of them contained pastrami, which is still pork. Due to dietary restrictions and beliefs, 2 out of 3 of us do not eat pork, so this was disappointing. Additionally, the variety of sandwich options was limited, which was a bit of a letdown.

On a positive note, the cakes were delightful, though the scones were a bit dry. The service was good overall, but the tea went cold, and we had to flag someone down for a refill or more hot water. It’s nice that you can relax in the hall, but considering the price, we’ve had better service and a more diverse food selection elsewhere.

The location itself is stunning and well worth a visit. If we return, we might consider trying the restaurant instead.

Best spa by miles. Regular bi annual trip to meet up with my best bud from school. 4th year running and love it. Of note Treatments: Donna is the bomb. She is the most wonderful woman highly recommend, never disappointed. Georgia on reception is fabulous. She is on the ball and nothing too much trouble. Ania in hospitality is lovely. Very attentive but not intrusive. First time we have met her as usually it's Mel but sadly she's not here today. Thank you Fawlsey yet again. See you in February 2025!

Wow! We just returned from your hotel, and everyone was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Ollie, in particular, provided outstanding, phenomenal customer service, making us feel like royalty.

Thank you! We will be back

The best thing about Fawsley Hall are the staff, they are the most friendly and helpful people I have come across in a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, I was told numerous times that they were there to make our stay great. The food was superb, from breakfast (great selection) to Sunday lunch and meals in the bar. The Sunday lunch featured a jazz duo playing tunes whilst we ate, this was also an absolute delight. We both had a massage at the spa, which was also as good as everything else at the hotel. We also made use of the cinema, another surprise. Now I know what it's like to have a million pound home with it's own private cinema room. All in all I can't praise Fawsley Hall high enough, a definite 10 out of 10.

We’ve had a wonderful 3 night break at Fawsley Hall and what a fabulous place, we stayed in the Francis Walsingham suite it was sheer luxury. The grounds are beautifully maintained and all the lounge rooms are stunning, the spa is excellent with such a good choice of relaxing rooms, gym has everything you need for a workout. The staff are probably the best I’ve come across in hotels and we are used to staying at some of the worlds finest hotels, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel can’t do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I don’t think the photos and videos that I looked at before arrival do it any justice, in person this place is so much more better in person, we will definitely be returning to Fawsley Hall, it’s a very special place. Went there today for a spa day and afternoon tea and it was a 10/10. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the facilities were top notch, the treatments were some of the best I’ve had and the afternoon tea was one of the best I’ve had.

Would recommend this to anyone and everyone

We had a night at Fawsley Hall to celebrate our golden Wedding with friends. It was excellent - the hotel, the staff and the meal in the Cedars restaurant. If you haven't been, the tudor Great Hall is something else! |Views from the hotel are delightful - typical English countryside. The grounds are well-manicured but relaxing. Staff were professional but friendly and happy to show their personalities.|We didn't have time to use the Spa facilities.|Our friends had rooms on the top floor with views (but a steep climb up the stairs) whilst we had an accessible room on the ground floor. It was large and comfortable - and the ensuite didn't feel compromised by the accessible features (sometimes they can feel like hospital bathrooms!). Our only gripe was that there appeared to be underfloor pipes pumping heat into the ensuite: we could have used the aircon, but it seemed a shame.|Breakfast was superb.|Overall brilliant.
