We did not actually stay at the main house but at the lovely Crospie Cottage on Melfort Estate. The cottage is for two people and is a ideal place for a romantic weekend or escape from the 'real world'. It is set back from the main road and has fantastic views down Loch Melfort. Jenny and Rory of Melfort Estate are fantastic hosts.

We have now stayed at the cottage seven times and will definitely be back. Oban is only about a 20 min drive from the cottage so ideal location for exploring.
