Had a great visit to Fen View Lakes. The location is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings are beautiful, and the lakes create a really tranquil atmosphere. The owners were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was spot on. Whether you’re into fishing or just want a quiet break, it’s a great spot. Definitely recommend!

What a delight! Who would know that the Fenview Lake lodges were there. Tucked away in the Cambridgeshire fens it is a super place to relax and unwind. We stayed in a Cathedral lodge with a hot tub. The lodge was very clean and fully equipped. The hot tub is on the spacious deck, undercover, with views all around. Ideal if you are a birdwatcher as the Ouse washes are not far away. There are lakes for fishing too.. 😃 thanks to managers Katie and Alex who went out of their way to make our stay special

We stayed in cathedral view Lodge 1 and it was so lovely. This was our 3rd stay at head fen and will be returning again next year. Everything is taken into consideration and the accommodation is always spotless, so a special thanks to the team who do such an amazing job, the fishing was great as usual and the weather even decided to play fair for a day or 2 which made it all the better. We did lose WiFi but this was our of their control as it was caused by the weather but Mark did all he could to get it sorted as soon as possible. |Thankyou again to all at head fen for providing such a special place to stay.|Ezra Vernon

Came here over Christmas after my nephew who was already booked told us there was availability. We stayed in Egret House and it was lovely. When we entered, it had been decorated with Christmas tree and other decorations and a little welcome pack on kitchen table. The rooms were very large and kitchen well equipped with even a dishwasher and washing machine. Big decking area with hot tub and lake at back. Garden with BBQ. Upstairs shower bit small, but downstairs one ok. It’s a very peaceful place and nice for dog walks. Only 10 mins from Ely cathedral. Be nice if there was a little kiosk or vending machine for essentials. Didn’t meet any staff but it’s clear they work hard to keep the place as nice as it is

A 10-day visit staying in Egret 2 Lodge. Accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The hot tub was perfect and well maintained and checked. Environment was peaceful mature and well maintained 4 fishing lakes of different character. For the angler, lots of entertaining fishing. For the non-angler, a beautiful and very comfortable home from home. Very dog friendly with all facilities needed including bedding, treats, warm doggie shower facilities for the more adventurous and the all important walks. Looking forward to returning again.

I have been here twice! first time just m and my partner, was lovely apart from we got put on the wrong lake/ wrong image was used!( not the owners fault booked on another site.

This time we stayed in Cathedral lodge 3, there was 6 of us, it says online that it sleeps 6 people, 2 x rooms 1 x sofa bed, that wasn't a problem. what was the problem, we got there make everything was clean, great views, fishing was good, but when it came to bed time. we made the sofa bed up, it was so lumpy/ hard, just not very nice, then when it got light, as the blinis are cream, you are up at 5am in the summer! there is also a very bright green light, which yes it for the fire exit, its in your face when you are trying to go to bed!

Next morning... went to all sit down for breakfast, notices only 4 chairs around the table, only 4 glasses then we sat outside as it was sunny, but again only 4 chairs around the outside table as well? okay fine the guys had fishing chairs we will make this work, well then came the hot tub, No way does that fit 6 adults, maybe 4 adults and 2 kids but not 6 full grown adults.

We spoke to the lady in the office, she kindly offered us a pod for 2 people , which was lovely but the other side of the site, but when you book time away to spend it together, people always had to leave.

Please change this to a 4 person lodge or get more seating/ a new sofa bed.

It did sort of ruin our holiday!, other then that , fishing was lovely view was lovely all very clean the beds were comfy but shame about the sofa and seating!

This is one of the best mini breaks we have ever been on. Surrounded by fields, beautiful sunsets and a luxury wood cabin. We watched beautiful sunsets from the decking and enjoyed hours in the hot tub. The staff cannot do enough to help and pour their heart and soul into making sure everybody enjoys their stay.||We stayed in Egret 2 and the Cabin was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and really felt luxurious. We stayed with our two sons and our dog and there was ample room for us all in the hot tub, at bedtime and just chilling in the day.||Our car was parked close to our Cabin, so we could easily see it. Littleport is close enough for a short car ride for local take aways and a Co op. There was a barbecue for us to use, should we want to, plus smart TVin the living area and bedrokm, air conditioning, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, hairdryer and blue Ray player.||If you're reading this review, unsure whether or not stay here, hesitate no more and book a stay! You won't be disappointed....and neither will your furry friend, as there's a goody back of treats and a fluffy blanket waiting for them on arrival.

What a experience would highly recommend this place to everyone it’s a lovely place to stay had everything we needed in the lodge and hot tub was lovely in the evening to top it off the fishing was amazing I beat my personal best with a 30lb 8oz common crab with just 2 night had over 10 carp would definitely go again 👍
