Spent a wonderful day and night here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Cocktails and dinner were delicious and rather moreish. Clean and comfortable and the comfiest bed. Crazy golf was great fun despite some cheating (not by me btw). It’s a fun place to stay with great amenities. Highly recommend. Thank you for looking after us so well. We’ll be back. Oh and a blown breakfast of your choice!! Stuffed!!

Was potentially a lovely stay but we had some issues while staying that means we wouldn’t recommend it - far better options available. ||For the positives first, the room is absolutely lovely and the facilities within the room, design and decoration was lovely, thoroughly enjoyed and utilities while we were there. The breakfast in the morning was great, and exactly in line with our experiences elsewhere within the group.||For the elements that affected our stay, to the point we nearly just went home.||Upon booking it asked if we would like to book a table and if so when, then I received an email asking to checkin and again confirm what time we would like to book a table for dinner. On both occasions i confirmed we would like a table for 3 at 5:00. When looking for somewhere to stay, I decided on here as we could book a table for dinner, have a few drinks enjoy ourselves and not have any stress. For this we paid a premium in comparison to what was available elsewhere without this facility (dinner and breakfast). To note our little boy is under 2 so we plan around times that are important e.g tea to make sure he’s fed and going to be in a good mood.||On check in we were told no table had been booked, and you didn’t have any availability, and that we could have a table at 6. However we knew our little boy would be starving by then but if we gave him snacks he wouldn’t eat tea so at the recommendation of the check in member of staff tried a local pub. We tried a couple of places which had no availability, so ended up having tea at 6 at the ffolkes. The lady at reception had gone when we came back at 5, so a lady in the restaurant had a move around with bookings to fit us in, which was great, but commented that the system sometimes looses bookings and apologised.||So by this point our little one was not in a great place, so we weren’t able to enjoy our dinner, but instead rush it to get him back for bed. Which was the reason we had booked a table.||As above the room was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. However the function room was left open we noticed, and staff attended to lock it up at 11:40 slamming fire doors, which is very disruptive, and I am sure it could have been done quietly or if they do need to be slammed, it appeared empty the entire time since check in so could have been done earlier.||This morning before 8 we were enjoying the room and relaxing and the noise of building work started with builders cutting wood beneath the patio, directly next to the room. This noise then continued until we checked out. I completely understand you may be doing building works onsite, but it would be a better idea to do the noisy work near the empty rooms you are refurbishing, or communicate with us before taking the booking.||All in all, based of our experience we were extremely disappointed in what was suppose to be a relaxing birthday night away turned into an unnecessary stressful event.||We have previously stayed at other facilities within the group and haven’t experienced anything of this nature.

A family get together while my niece has returned for another visit from her current home in Dubai. A great meal enjoyed by all. Fantastic play area for the little ones.

We had been told to try the unlimited pie carvery. Been meaning to get over here for about a year. Finally went today and we were not disappointed.

The food was sooo nice, loved the pies. Really wanted to go up for more but was so stuffed. The desserts options were plentiful and the chef came to let us know what my nut allergy husband was safe with.

We were both absolutely stuffed when we left, with plans to try the breakfast brunch next time. But we will hopefully become regulars now.

Was pretty happy with the price too, especially as we have a norfolk passport for discount. Service was great with friendly helpful staff.

Went with family for breakfast. Great selection on breakfast buffet. Loved the Black pudding sausage rolls. However need to sort out the egg ordering station. Ordered eggs to be delivered to table and we had all finished eating our cooked breakfast before eggs arrived. In hind sight should have ordered eggs, waited half hour and then queued up for rest of breakfast. Other than egg issue breakfast was lovely

My partner & I visit every so often for a couple of drinks in the evening.
I love the stylist decor & the relaxed vibe.
I ordered the vegan brownie this time & it was fantastic (I'll definitely be having that again).
Every staff member I've interacted with has been smiley & friendly.

There's plenty of free parking around the back!

This is a fantastic place to stay, conveniently located within a reasonable distance of both Cromer and Hunstanton. The service was outstanding—every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and readily available if we needed anything. We stayed midweek, and the food was provided by Oishii, offering delicious South Asian-inspired dishes that we absolutely loved.

The rooms were great, featuring a Bluetooth speaker and a smart TV. The beds were comfortable, and our room was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked to return!

A final bonus: there are plenty of vegan options on the menu, including at breakfast—and they even make vegan pancakes!

A very lively pub/restaurant in a great location. Staff pleasant & helpful - couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was top quality!
