Comfy, cosy and peaceful stay on a working farm, rurally located on the Surrey/ Sussex border. We had the warmest of welcomes from Delaine and really enjoyed our 1 night stay. It was a joy to watch the various animals on the farm and the wildlife in the gardens right outside the windows. No complaints whatsoever and we would happily stay here again.

We spent 6 nights at Field Farm B&B, staying in the large bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The room was large and the bed really comfortable. Delaine was a delightful host, with nothing too much trouble for her. Breakfasts were excellent with cereals, fresh fruit and yogurt and cooked breakfast. The farm is a working sheep and cattle farm, plus chickens ducks and geese (and 2 friendly dogs). Lovely garden to sit out in the evening. This is a very homely B&B set in pleasant countryside.

We cycled 55 miles to get to the farm - and it was worth every push of the pedals!||This is a working farm set on a country lane, though once you are inside the house you could believe that you are in a luxury hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with fresh flowers, chocolate biscuits and cake waiting, as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The bathroom has a bath (which was very welcome for soaking aching legs) as well as a separate shower. ||Breakfast was great, with yoghurt, fresh fruit salad and cereals waiting and a large choice of cooked food. It was a mark of Delaine's attention to detail that she provided scissors to open the muesli bag! We were really glad that we decided to stay two nights.

My wife and I stayed at Field Farm B&B for one night at the end of a long trip to the UK. Delaine, our host, could not have been more kind and accommodating. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. We only wish that we could have stayed longer!

Stayed with Ann & her Husband Pat for two nights 18th&19th Sept what a wonderful place! such a warm welcome! Ann makes you feel so at ease she's been running Field Farm B&B for 17years & it shows! breakfast was really lovely home made museli, jams & marmalade, the quality of our cooked breakfast was 1st class really top quality ingredients everything you always hope youll get but sadly so often lacking! we stayed in the self contained extension! that houses a fridge cooker microwave washing machine so you can self cater but for a mere Β£8 ahead you can enjoy the wonderful breckie mentioned earlier! this wee jewel is well worth a visit!& while we wont be passing this way anytime soon as we live in Abereenshire! if you are then i couldnt recomend a visit with Ann & Pat at Field Farm highly enough!! Enjoy!!

Our host, Delaine, was so lovely. I emailed her a couple of times before our arrival informing her that we were going to be staying Friday-Sunday as we were staying in the area for a wedding. But she was kind enough to let us know that it would be okay if we were going to be arriving late.||||Luckily we did manage to swing getting out of work that day and arrived in good time to be greeted by tea and cake! The room was lovely, warm, had a great view, with electric blanket if needed, cups, teabags, tv etc. The bathroom as mentioned in previous reviews was across a small hallway and also fantastically well equipped. Comfy bed and both my partner and I slept really well!||||Delaine was very welcoming, the breakfasts were delicious, great selection and I took advantage of those eggs both mornings! She was also kind enough to show us a selection of pub menus from around the area - I can recommend the Punchbowl!||||Thank you guys! You have something special there! Good value for money and very homely.

We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room and room en suite bathroom, overlooking fields and the farmyard, with cattle and sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, geese... so rural and peaceful. Yes, jets heading for Gatwick cruised overhead, but they were not obtrusive, and certainly did not disturb sleep or conversations. The full English breakfast, which was served in the generous guest lounge/dining room, was excellent. Delaine was warm and welcoming. A home from home.
