Room was clean, a bit dated but i can appreciate cleanliness more. Bonus we could even open the window a bit.
Knocked down a star because we had dinner there and it was very underwhelming. Not bad, but not that good either. Didn't try theor breakfast because the dinner put me off

We had a great NYE here. We a three course meal, the food was nice & although busy, service was good. We enjoyed the Kylie vs Madonna entertainment was brilliant. We stayed over, and the room was spacious, warm & comfortable & breakfast was again very nice with attentive staff.

Comfortable beds, clean big rooms. Friendly staff and locals. Great food. Good gluten-free options (could do with a side of veg on the steak meal as there's not much on the plate due to not having gluten free chips)

Stayed here for one night, I had two single beds as my colleagues that arrived before me nabbed all the double beds. Other than that, my room was fine, a nice large TV, and a bath are my favourite things when travelling, so here was perfect. Sleep quality was great, and the area was quiet. We used the bar and restaurant too, the Katsu chicken I had was ok, only the slightly too thick sauce letting it down. The breakfast was very good, overall an enjoyable short stay.

Review of food/staff only.
Visited for food at lunchtime, we were welcomed by a lovely lady called Petra who couldn't do enough for us & made it feel very homely.
Food was amazing, we had the Fish & chips & Lamb shank & both were so tasty & very generous with the food too. I would definitely recommend this venue 100% for the outstanding food & welcome. Will definitely be back soon!

Stayed here twice thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location for dog events at nearby Copt Oak. Superb service from bar and restaurant staff, especially Toni, who went out of her way together with kitchen staff to provide early breakfasts so that we could meet a tight schedule. This is the most dog friendly hotel we can remember. All the staff love our 4 legged friends and provide water and snacks automatically without the need to ask. Highly recommended for anyone but especially for dog owners. Thank you once again to all the staff for going the extra mile. Look forward to seeing you again.
