The food was undercooked , and the rude service said freshly made, but most of it was out of the freezer and put in a microwave . The chips were cold and no flavour, the west burger was cold in the centre, and it will definitely not be a rush visit beck

Met friends for coffee at the cafe. Wide selection of tempting cakes on offer. Breakfasts and more also on offer and sandwiches, snacks and drinks to take away. Friendly team behind the counter too ?

Thank you so much to everyone at Figs Catering! We used Figs Catering for our Baby Daughter’s wake and throughout the entire process, the whole team were fantastic. They met with us prior to the wake and were kind, compassionate and professional. The food and drinks provided for our 200 guests was absolutely wonderful and the service was also second to none. When tidying away, we were offered some takeaway boxes as there was some food left over which we felt was very kind. We are very thankful to the whole team at Figs and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Tried booking wedding catering before Christmas, after messages back and forth we set a tasting menu date -they then cancelled the day before and said they would contact me in January-haven’t heard anything yet and it august . Poor customer service

A huge thank you to Mandy and her team at Figs Catering, for providing a superb and delicious meal for the Evercreech After Show Party, 160 guests in all.
Mandy was professional and helpful from the beginning at the planning stage right through to delivery. On the big day the team arrived, took control and under difficult circumstances, in a marquee in the middle of a field, calmly helped to set up and then delivered a delicious, hot, fantastic meal and with impeccable service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Figs catered our wedding this September and it was absolutely phenomenal. They were very adaptable to our various requests and helped create an amazing menu that was in line with our budget. The comms before were excellent and nothing felt too much trouble; we felt very supported.

On the day the staff were incredible, no one had an empty glass all day and they were just fantastic from start to finish. The most important bit however - the food - well it was just so, so brilliant. Several of our guests mentioned during and after the wedding that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten and we can only agree. The lamb was cooked perfectly pink which was amazing in itself, with over 100 mouths to feed. Not to mention the copious amounts of sides, the dauphinoise potatoes were knock out and everything else in between. We don't have a bad word to say about Figs and if you're considering booking them for your event, just do it! You will not regret it 🙂 thanks to Amanda, Sophie and the rest of the Figs team.
