I'll join all the praises. This place doesn't get them because it's the only coffee shop in the area. It makes a great coffee, by all standards. And the owner was super friendly as well.
Iced flat white was just what we needed after a hike!

A great find! Delicious coffee roasted in the cafe / on site with cakes and sandwiches. Staff member was welcoming and knowledgeable about everything they sold and more! We will be back... worth the drive for us especially with nature reserve around the corner!

Food and coffee very good, we had cheese and chilli jam croissant and sourdough cheese saurkraut or something toastie, tea and decaf flat white. All very tasty and paid around £18 for the lot.

Service very good also.

However dining in on a damp day leaves me feeling uncomfortable in here because there is very high humidity inside, making it feel like a sweat box. This due to the absence of any ventilation. You can see it causes the display shop windows at the entrance to be covered in condensation.
A door curtain of even basic over door heater or radiators under the windows would keep them clear as well as decent ventilation.

Please install proper ventilation! Even opening a window would help even when it's cold and high RELATIVE humidity outside because the ABSOLUTE humidity of the air is low, but that could cause a child breeze in Autumn/Winter/Early Spring do either a cute 150mm ducted heat recovery through wall unit or one in and one out through window/wall fans would help enormously. I can help with this Pro Bono if you reach out to me :-).

We have just waited close to 20 mins for 2 takeaways coffees. There seems to be one guy who is cleaning tables, making food, making coffees, serving tables - all on a busy Saturday. He is obviously rushed off his feet and was apologetic but get some more staff? Coffee was good eventually

Best coffee in the area, their own roast -coffees are divine and the staff are uber friendly and provide great service - mobbed on a Saturday post parkrun at 9:45 - well worth a visit

Coffee and focaccia bread was good. I understand it's a local cafe, but I'm not convinced of paying close to 7 pounds for a small focaccia sandwich.

Great little coffee shop with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes. It was very busy when we went (bank holiday Sunday), with large groups and lots of takeaway orders, but the sole woman behind the bar was excellent; our coffees tasted great, she was super friendly taking our order, and she apologised for any delay. Coffee was great, but service was even better!

Fantastic Coffee, Lovely Cakes and Pastries. Often go in for a coffee and a cake after Parkrun at Banstead or after a midweek morning run. Staff are always super knowledgeable and attentive. Cannot recommend highly enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Definitely 5* Coffee and Service 👍🏼 ☕
