Unfortunately expectation did not live up to reality. The reviews all seem very positive and I was looking forward to trying out these pizzas. But my experience just wasn’t that. The pictures on the left are what is advertised and the pictures on the right are what we got. I even paid £2 extra for chicken to be added, which was a massive let down - literally only got 4 shredded bits. The garlic dip was to share between 2…. It was barely enough for 1 especially when the tub advertised is double the size. £20 for 2 pizzas that barely had any toppings on and were nothing like the pictures with a small tub of garlic sauce was just was not worth the price.

I'm not a pizza lover but as my hubby is we gave Fire & Dough a go when they came to Nenthead.
What a complete joy. The pizzas are the best we've ever tasted and i've been converted into a pizza lover. Perfect base - light and airy, delicious ingredients (we had vegetarian, pepperoni and a cheese & garlic), perfect size and wonderful service.

Absolutely delicious pizza from Fire and Dough. Freshly cooked, beautifully thin dough, lashings of Tomato sauce, my favourite bit of any pizza. Plenty of Mozzarella. I didn’t even leave the crusts. I think this will be a weekly routine now.

Coming out of the Baltic's "Let's Caper" absolutely starving and into the stacks on the Gateshead side.

This was one of the absolute best pizzas I have ever had. They travel around and if you are lucky enough to find them in your area. Go grab a delight!

I Love Fire & Dough. But my last meal was a disappointment. It was so burnt I could not eat it and my fingers where black from taking a peice of the pizza. Very shocked. Lovely staff but just wished they had not served me this burnt offering. Just overall horrible.
