Didn’t stay but had a meal out whilst staying at the caravan park. Food and service was outstanding and the restaurant is dog friendly. We had balmoral chicken and the Cajun lasagne from the specials menu followed by Cranach cheesecake and Eton Mess pavlova. Food was amazing, big portions and very reasonably priced. The servers were also very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend

Great location overlooking the sea. Pleasant walks along spectacular scenery despite our usual winter weather. Our small room was dated, but comfortable and clean nonetheless. Rooms with a sea view would be preferable. Staff were friendly and welcoming and clearly worked happily together as a team. Food was simply excellent, really plentiful portions and high quality, no wonder the restaurant was so busy. Breakfast was served by a friendly and helpful lady who couldn’t do enough to make sure we’d everything we needed. Manager was helpful and solution-focussed when we had a small issue to be resolved.

Everything was about right at this straightforward hotel. Basic room with all the facilities to be 100% comfortable. A magnificent, and I really mean magnificent, view on the Lossiemouth beach. Good breakfast. They prepare it per person, so allow a little waiting time. And take care that between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. everything is closed and you can't get in. But the location beats everything: best place to be. Some beachview photo's from my room included here.

Unfortunately the only good thing about the hotel room was the view. The hotel needs a lot of TLC or completely refurbished. Everything is old, tired and worn. Although advertised as a super king size room, it was extremely small, extremely cramped and very hot. The bathroom was tiny and the plumbing system operated loudly every three minutes. I would not recommend this hotel for anything more that one night as a place to rest.

Just back from a wonderful long weekend at this hotel, staff really friendly, food excellent and the view was the best ever. Spent most of our time on beach or just looking at it from our window. lying in bed bed listening to the waves was amazing.

Blonde old grump of a manager ruined the entire thing, was condescending and rude. She spoke to me as if I was dumb (I’m guessing because she was told I was disabled) and that I didn’t know how to work a door. I was locked outside as the key didn’t work, she tried to prove me wrong but was locked out herself. Absolute riddy, went there for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend. The house keeping was nice, only thing nice about the hotel. Toilet burst and was so noisy the entire time. Got charged for the room change too. Love Lossiemouth so I will be returning but not here ever again! (Unless it’s under new management)

Had my birthday meal here as I do every year but this is the last. I stayed overnight & was awake from 2am due 2 clicking from the hall light as the sensor was faulty. I told the female manager who was very sharp with me & gave me a voucher 2 stay again. The owner Mr Ali said they went out off there way for me! I asked how he said they upgraded ur room, this I never asked for. He said they did it as was my birthday & he has known me 20 plus years & a friend. A friend does not speak to someone in the manner he did to me. At the end off the day my father was a paying customer & that I should off been treated ĺike not in the way Mr Ali did. He said he'd refund my father, but we will see if that happens. Food & waiting stuff amazing. Hair dryer in room didn't work & bed sunk in the middle.
Most definitely won't be back, I should not have 2 ask a 'FRIEND' for a apology!

Visited lossie for our anniversary and wanted somewhere local to eat. Food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. Waitress found space for us as we chanced our arm without booking.
Very central location so we could go to the beach right after eating. Was lovely and helped it was affordable too
