After too many years sedentary computer work left me unable to exercise without pain, I contacted F.I.T. Maggie created a personal training and sports massage plan from an assessment of my physical condition and what I wanted to achieve. The exercise load increased at my pace and it wasn’t long before I could get back to hiking and cycling that I used to do. Recently, I’ve being really pushing my cycling and Maggie’s always on hand to sort out my aching legs. In fact, the benefits have been much than simply getting fitter, it has dramatically improved my wellbeing and given me a new lease of life. Five years on and I’m still coming back for a weekly training session and sports massage!
