Very good food but very bad service. We were initially reassured everything will be perfect and the wedding guests will be attended to. Unfortunately, on the day the waiters didn't know the names of mocktails being served, the main course was served more than an hour after the starter and it took around 45 minutes for all ten 10 tables to be served and during meal service their were no waiters to get drinks for the guests. Some guests were drinking their own water - very embarassing.

The worst issue was the very expensive cake that we bought which we agreed that every guest will have one cake flavour each served with a sugar rose. The cake was cut up and piled on slate platters and served with napkins with no cutlery!

The only apology offered was that it was a "communication error". Very unprofessional and avoid them if you want good service.

We arranged for Flair to provide a meat and a vegetarian chilli at Our annual village quiz. The food was delivered on time, the staff were friendly and helpful but above all the chilli was excellent and enjoyed by all. We will be using them again. Steve Wilson
