Found out this place was halal and was so happy to try it out but little did I know that I would be so disappointed. I believe the food is out of a packet and not made freshly by the cafe itself as it didn't taste homemade and more like something from one of the halal brands you can pick up from a supermarket.

We ordered the deluxe hot chocolate which came to us luke warm, the food was not piping hot the way we like it. The pakoras are dry, the kebabs are overcooked and dry, the cheesy aloo tikki was bland, the samosa's given were both vegetarian. The flat bread pizza is ok, nothing special. Between the 4 of us we didn't like it at all and all agree we won't be going back. A waste of money and time.

Overall it was a bad experience, slow service, overpriced cold, bland food and not worth the money we paid. A massive disappointment.

Love bringing the kids here , workers were so so kind and helpful. So much space to sit , tables were clean and chairs were comfortable .Great to know it’s dog friendly too. The food was served in less than 15 minutes and tasted great , there is a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options which is lovely as my daughter and son in law are vegan. Will definitely be coming back again .

Cold food, heated in a microwave. Chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil with no care or attention

Wish I could give it less than 1 star

I was wondering why the place was so empty until I tried the food and found out for myself, it was dry and cold. Servers seemed unorganised and the only good thing there was the overpriced hot chocolate. Won't be coming back, not a great experience. The price of food was different on the menu's compared to what I was actually charged by the server which was also disappointing when the food was already overpriced. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, there's better.

Terrible service. Waited 20 mins for 2 coffees then another 15 for a kids pizza and cake. Guy doing coffees & serving barely spoke and seemed half asleep.
Lady came up to us 20 mins after ordering to ask what we had ordered but did apologise.
Worse cafe ive been to and wont be back.

Very bad experience. Staff have no barista training. No proper coffee machine. Food took ages, hadn’t been heated properly. They agreed to partial refund, said it has been transferred to my card but I never received any money. In the end I decided to go to the old cafe up the ramp, 100 times better.
