I have been meaning to try float one for quite some time as I had been given a voucher. I wish I had done it sooner. I can't quite describe what it does but the peace in my mind during and after was lovely, the environment is so calming, the decor is lovely, so clean just a great overall experience. Both me & my 12 year old daughter went in with aches & pains - mine from having cancer in my bones & on chemo & my daughter's from dancing injuries & without a shadow of a doubt it almost eliminated the pain. If you have been thinking of going - do it! Can't wait to go back!!

Went for my first float session after reading a lot about the benefits. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed into a calm environment. The whole process was explained clearly and I was made to feel very at ease. You get the choice of dark or light and music or silence. I went for the dark float with some relaxtion music and it was prefect for me. Facilities are spotless and the availability of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion is a perfect touch. Along with the other bits and bobs to make the experience comfortable.
Access to hair dryers after your float is a lovely set up and the herbal teas are a delight. Will definitely return. Highly recommend doing it if your struggling to switch off and relax.....but trust the process. It goes against some natural instincts at time but once you can start settling it'll be one of the most peaceful things you've experienced.

Me and my friend went today for a Float session. All questions were answered right at the beginning alongside a very warm welcome. When they say that you don’t have to bring anything Barr yourself and your costume they are right, they provide everything you will need.

Absolutely loved every minute and we will be back 100%. I feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you

My husband and I did a couples float today and it was a fantastic experience. We shared a pod and and found it both relaxing and fun. We had a giggle and both dozed off at one point too. Enjoyed the shower in the same room, complimentary towels, tea and vanity room as well. Definitely an experience we'd go for again.

Had the most amazing Float today.. The centre is spotless and the staff were great, do welcoming and knowledgable. My float was simply heavenly. I felt relaxed and de stressed. Tonight I feel great and a few aches and pains I had have gone. Amazing place and I would highly recommend.

This is a really lovely relaxing experience. A great way to relax and rejuvenate. I also found it helped greatly with my sleep. Usually I wake up after a few hours but I slept peacefully throughout the night after my session. I booked in for both the sauna and float. The whole place is well designed, clearly with comfort and relation in mind, as well as being very clean. There is a also a lovely room equipped with hairdryers and mirrors to use afterwards and a calm room where you can enjoy a nice tea and relax more to further your experience, although I didn’t have time to use this I’ll be sure to next time. Finally the staff are lovely, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable! I’d recommend this to anyone.

What a relaxing treat. You are in good hands as soon as you arrive, everything is clearly explained and you are soon left to enjoy your experience. There are lots of nice touches (wipes and moisturiser, hairdryers and a tea area) It really did help me with some knee issues too, so much so I'm booking back in before my marathon 🙏

I had a fantastic time in my first infrared red sauna & float session last Thursday. I felt brilliant after it. It was such a calming place. Alex was very welcoming. I look forward to my next session.
