I had an incredible experience with Becca, the energy therapist. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. What impressed me the most was her intuitive approach; without asking too much into my personal life, she got straight to work on aligning my energy fields.

After our session, I felt amazing—lighter, more balanced, and rejuvenated. Becca also took the time to send me a detailed message afterward, providing valuable insights on how I can continue to support my energy healing journey. I found her tips incredibly helpful.

The Float Spa is a beautiful sanctuary in the middle of Hove. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well as feeling like you are having a cup of tea with a friend. The staff are knowledgable and supportive. The venue is wonderful, the treatment spaces are clean and beautiful and the aftercare of the dream room was just the perfect way to absorb your treatment before heading back into the world again. My first visit to the @floatspahove
I purchased a x3, x1 hour session online and yesterday was my first experience.
It was pretty incredible. Probably the closest thing to feeling like you are in space with the weightless. ?‍?
It took me around 15-20 minutes to fully relax but then it just felt amazing. So chilled and zoned out. Give it go!
The buildings in a converted old bank… after the treatment you can head down to the old vault, now called “the dream room” for a cup of tea! ☕️

I love everything about the Float Spa experience. As soon as you walk in and are greeted by the warm friendly staff, you feel your troubles melt away and that’s even before any treatment! The venue is kept to an excellent standard, the floatation experience itself is out of this world and the attention to the small details, from the tea offered post treatment to the interactions with staff and beautiful on site products available for purchase, really make this haven stand out. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Have just seen the announcement regarding this business' relocation and am so excited to see this incredible spa go from strength to strength! Wonderful staff, relaxing facilities, float tanks are fabulous and therapist treatments always on the mark. So add in a new premises, the sky is the limit for this unstoppable important business!

I love floating and it’s been a while since I have had the pleasure of floating!

The calmness and attentive but non invasive service was what made it the best floating experience I have ever had the pleasure of having!
