Great place for lunch with good food, or just a coffee in the Cafe. The shop has an amazing selection of fresh food, the meat selection looks so fresh and vegetables are so colorfull. You definitely won't find fresh food in your local supermarket like this. But it does come at a price, but well worth a visit. Highly recommend 5stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great visit each time. So glad they have a coffee machine now. Meat, eggs it’s all fab. Now fresh bread and fish. Everything that you need is here . Love it there

Heard lots of good things about this place and we were left really disappointed. The service was atrocious, most of the staff (not all) looked like they wanted to be anywhere else and like the customers were an inconvenience. One waitress rolled her eyes when another customer asked for a spoon for his coffee. We waited an hour before getting our food, no apology for the wait. Multiple other customers were asking where their food and drinks were and I saw at least two people send food or drink back. A real shame because the location and setting are lovely as is the farm shop.

Best food I've had in the UK so far. Very decent steak sandwich, sourced locally. Handmade fresh chips from local potatoes. Reasonable price.

Unfortunately, prices have risen quite a bit here as well.

Went for brunch. Boring, bland and low value. Ordered an americano and smashed avo and halloumi. Thick slice of white bread (maybe it was locally made but could just have been from a supermarket), lumpy avo and two thick slices of grilled halloumi. Quality of the halloumi was ok. And some grilled or fried baby tomoates on the side. The coffee was weak and insipid. The shop and butchers looked like they had good quality produce but I didn't buy anything from the shop so can't comment. There are other places around that offer better value and coffee.

A beautiful café and farm shop set in idyllic surroundings.

On my visit, we tried out both the café and farm shop and were pleasantly surprised by both.

The café has a wide range of different meals available as well as a good selection of drinks, snacks and cake. I am an absolute sucker for a ploughman's and this has to be one of the best I've ever had.

The farm shop is lovely and sells a variety of fresh produce, locally sourced items and other speciality products. I bought several different meat products from the counter, all of which were delicious but especially the honey sausage roll.

Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic farm shop and bistro. Popped by after a dog walk in nearby Marden park. Plenty of parking and outdoor and indoor seating for the bistro which is really pleasant inside with interesting film posters on the wall. Had a goats cheese panini and a bacon Brie and avocado panini and both came with a lovely tomato pepper and cucumber salad and some crisps. The shop was excellent too with some amazing meats including sausages, pork chops and marinated chickens. Great selection of fruits and veg, cheeses and pastries including marmite sausage rolls and huge pork pies. Polite and friendly staff. A really great find and would definitely recommend a visit.
