Paul and his team of chefs come highly recommended, we have used him on many occasions in our glamping venue for groups that are after something a little bit more special. Paul can offer pizza masterclasses, cooking classes, foraging workshops as well as delicious, and beautifully prepared meals catering to all guests needs, from feasting menus to fine dining! We could not speak more highly of Paul, and we’re so pleased we can recommend him to our guests for them to enjoy their stay with us even more so!

We have worked with Paul on several video and photography projects, the most recent a 2 Month shoot involving dozens of high quality dishes.
The level of detail and expertise Paul brought throughout the project was pivotal to its success working closely with the production team and client on set to deliver the brief.
Not only did Paul deliver everyday on an extensive project, he was an absolute pleasure to work with, fun and creative. Paul got on well with everyone within the project and always warm and enthusiastic and driven to deliver the highest standards. We booked Paul to provide the food that featured in a 2 month filming and photography project. There were over 50 different dishes created, all of which were delivered to the highest standard whilst fulfulling the project brief. It was a pleasure having Paul on set for the entire project, he has a great personailty and brought a warm, positive energy to the shoot. Everyone loved having him around. Nothing was a problem, he provided some fantastic creative solutions to some difficult time sensitive challenges we faced under pressure, and always did it with a smile. After a long day of shooting, Paul would then go home and prep for the following day, often working to the smalls hours. At the end of the shoot, Paul made everyone a cake and provided the some of his speciality Pizza's. The cheeseburger pizza is highly recommended. We will most certainly be using his services again.

Paul came to us as a consultant chef, his target was to help me make the adjustment from head chef to executive head chef, Paul is what you would call a 'critical friend' he would help you see where you were going wrong without being patronising, his understanding and knowledge of the industry is second to none and he was a massive influence on my success not only with accolades but budgets, gps and food safety score
I would recommend without question Paul's services as a consultant and can honestly say I've not met anybody who has as much passion and hunger for things to be done the right way.
Paul is also an incredibly talented chef who is capable of hosting dinner parties to any degree
I now class Paul as a friend, and since he has moved on in have called on him a few times for advice
