Wow!!! What a Fantastic facility!! Such an enjoyable experience at FOMA enjoying only some of what it had to offer. From the (very!) cold bath, the beautiful Scandinavian wood sauna and also the infrared sauna! All encompassed in a beautifully moody setting with your choice of music playing blissfully in the background. Lovely hot showers and changing facilities available along with warm refreshments as well.

Mark and Aimee make you feel right at home making you love the place even more... there’s lots to enjoy here and I can’t wait to get back soon and get in that ICE BATH!!! 🥶🥶🥶 Brrrrrrrr.

Had the place to myself during visit. It was WONDERFUL. The place was spotless throughout, lovely music, high spec saunas and pool. The beautiful touch of high grade diffusers throughout made the place smell gorgeous throughout. Will make this place a ritual! Please go, you'll not regret it!

Honestly can't thank Mark and Amy enough! My little boy has stuffed from a knee injury back in August and we tried everything we could considering his age until we found foma, who where absolutely outstanding with him never once did they hesitate about helping him he was actually there youngest client, the difference in him and watching him being able to go back and enjoy his sports is just amazing! Your treatment has worked wonders!

Was bringing my daughter up to FOMA for cryotherapy on her injured shoulder, which is proving so worthwhile. Couldn't resist picking up an oil diffuser, just so I could bring that FOMA Aroma home (one they put together themselves). Wonderful place, and can't wait to have another infra-red sauna. Well, I had to treat myself while my daughter was being treated. So glad I did. Can't recommend this place enough. Treat yourself!

I have had pain in my right arm for over 6 months, have tried steroid injections and nothing helped. I done some research and thought I would try cyro therapy, and the difference it has made after only 2 sessions is unbelievable. I have so much more movement in my arm and the inflammation has reduced massively. No pain when getting it done and only slight pain the next day. Amy and Mark are amazing and have so much knowledge on what can help you, and have been amazing at explaining what is happening and how it all works. Would recommend to anyone who has on going pain, it’s not too expensive and makes a huge difference!

I recently had cryotherapy, I found the experience very satisfactory. I had 3 treatments done and they really helped improve the back pain I suffer with. Both mark and his wife were extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend.

I recently visited the FOMA Wellness and Recovery Centre in Mallusk with a small group, and it was a fantastic experience. Mark took great care of us, giving an informative tour and offering excellent advice on transitioning between the hot and cold areas. It was the perfect way to spend the evening before a competition, and I left feeling refreshed and ready. Highly recommend, and I wish Mark every success in his new business venture.

Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience both spa (sauna/infrared suite) and muscle recovery options (cold plunge pool). A very welcoming recovery hub, lovely and knowledgeable owner. Extremely clean with top quality facilities.
