Fantastic from start to finish.

The team were very helpful showing us around the showroom and explaining the features and benefits of each spa. They covered everything we would need to know about delivery and installation, and weren't pushy at all when we went away to size up our space and consider the purchase.

Installation was great, and the guys ran through set up and maintenance with us.

We couldn't be happier with our hot tub, and would recommend Fonteyn to anybody.

We purchased the relax Spa from Fonteyn in January and the service from start to finish was amazing.

We visited the showroom in Leicester which is huge, really nicely set up and has hundreds of different hot tub, swims spas, saunas and much more to look at. You can even take your swimwear and try them out if you wish to which is super cool. The sales reps were really knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know and what the different benefits of each tub was. They weren’t pushy at all which is always nice and left us to it in the end so we could have a better look on our own.

We ended up going with the relax spa as it was the perfect size for the space we had in the garden and we have absolutely zero regrets it’s perfect. The installation was seamless also, the guys were really nice and gave us a thorough run through of all necessary information and maintenance required.

We have no complaints and would 100% recommend Fonteyn to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

Excellent company who came and saved my terrible install from a cowboy company selling Passion Spas on a certain famous bidding site (don't buy from them). Fonteyn deal with a lot more Passion Spas and their engineers are courteous and polite (thanks Carl). He helped me above and beyond and told me a lot of do's and do not's. Their showroom is amazing and their salespersonnel are professional and non forceful in selling but give good advise (Thanks Uwais). Will be getting my yearly service from them also their outdoor Saunas are amazing (next year). They recommended I put 2 heat pumps on my hot tub and swim spa and it would save me about 60% in energy bills. The installation went well and left it clean and spotless.

The delivery and setup were seamless, and he even followed up afterward to ensure everything was working perfectly.
