David and the Four gables team are outstanding!
Yesterday they helped make our 25th wedding anniversary a day to remember for ever! What a day!
The food was perfect but they helped with every little detail from live band, Tipsy Gin cocktails and even the toilets..
But then they create such a relaxed atmosphere for our guests… they are like an extension to our family.. 🙏

The team at four gables are awesome and you won’t regret booking your wedding or event with them.
From the moment we spoke to the team they were attentive, honest, answered all questions really promptly and gave us an amazingly good quote for the fantastic service they provide.
The food is impeccable - we had numerous people comment from our wedding that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. The tasting myself and my partner went to initially we were totally overjoyed by how tasty it was, eating far more than we would normally because it was so good! The wine pairing had been thoughtfully put together too.
On the actual day the staff they had working for them were fantastic. We had a mostly outdoor wedding in a LOT of rain and yet the people who worked it all still did it with a smile, which we are incredibly thankful for.
Overall the entire service from start to finish was without fault and I would recommend this team to anyone in a heart beat.

We used Four Gables for our wedding a few weeks ago and could not recommend them enough. They made the process relaxed, fun and enjoyable from start to finish.

No ask was too big for the team, whether that be last minute edits to our menu, or being able to cater for countless different dietary requirements. Everything went so smoothly on the day, the service was impeccable and, most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS. We can't thank them enough.

Working with Four Gables for our wedding catering was an absolute pleasure. They communicated well, listened to our feedback, and handled everything with professionalism.

During the pre-wedding tasting, they carefully considered our preferences and created a custom menu. They also helped us select the wines.

On the wedding day, their team was efficient and seamless, leaving both us and our guests very happy. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Four Gables not only creates exquisite meals, but they almost act as wedding coordinators. They helped us plan the timings of the day, gave us recommendations on other vendors, explained to us what linens work best, etc.

During cocktail hour, we were busy taking photos and Lyle was kind enough to run us over the appetizers, making sure we didn't miss any.

The Four Gables team, led by Lyle and Stephen, were incredible throughout the whole process - from the excellent communication and responsiveness in the lead up to the wedding, to the perfect execution on the big day itself (outstanding food / highly professional service from all the waiting and bar staff / perfect set up of rooms), all overseen by Lyle & Stephen. We couldn't count the number of comments from the guests complimenting the food & service throughout the day - a truly 1st class service.

I cannot praise the team at Four Gables enough! Everything from the planning to the event itself was sublime. We had our event at The Smokery. My guests were blown away by the beautiful setting. The food and service were out of this world. Chef Stephen gave us amazing canapés and then 7 incredible courses and nothing was too much trouble for Natalie and Aaron. I could not have wished for a more perfect way of celebrating my birthday. Thank you.

Lyle, Steve, David and the entire Four Gables team really do set the standard for the support, partnership and impeccable delivery anyone should aim for on their wedding day, and in the all important build up.

From the minute we had our first call with the team, we knew we were going to choose them and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

In the build up to our wedding day, the guys were supportive and knowledgeable, and flexible to suit our requirements, even at short notice. We had such a laugh in every call or exchange of email and by the time we got to our special day, we had zero nerves about how things would turn out.

On the day itself the organization and the food were incredible - we had countless guests come to us to compliment every part of the meal and the service.

We cannot thank the Four Gables team enough for their incredible support and hard work that went into making our day even more special - and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
