The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull! The room was great also, with the bed being very comfortable. If you are stopping here in the warmer months, i would recommend you set the AC before going to bed as it does get slightly hot in the night. The food was lovely also. Didnt like paying over £6 a pint lol but nevermind. Would highly recommend if you are visiting BSE.

Although I had clearly indicated I needed, for medical reasons, a room without carpets, rugs etc., such a room was not available... Later I could move to such one, but much smaller. There was confusion about prices, although I had the same breakfast every day, five different prices showed up, some items on some days not available.
