I had the pleasure of hosting a day meeting followed by dinner at Foxhills, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and welcoming, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. ||The meeting facilities were first-class, equipped with everything we needed to conduct a productive and efficient session. A lovely spa hotel in a convenient location, with some of the best service I’ve come across at these kind of hotels. Everyone was friendly and kind and went above and beyond. All the food we had (afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast) was great quality, varied and delicious. Comfortable beds and a very good spa with both indoor and outdoor heated pools.

We came here as a group of 7 girls on the spabreaks deal. From the moment we arrived, through to leaving this morning, the staff made this stay a memorable one. The hotel reception girls were a delight, Jackie, my therapist, was wonderful - highly recommend her! To the staff at breakfast and the wonderful, charming gentleman who could not have been more helpful with our bags and generally a real ray of sunshine! (Sorry I am terrible remembering names). 19 is a nice restaurant, a little slow but we weren't in a rush so this was not a problem for us. The food was great! I am already checking the diary to work out when I can come back as I had the best time. Thank you to all the team at Foxhills, your staff are a real credit to you.

Dinner in the Fox Rooms was superb. Enjoyed my rib eye steak. And the chunky chips were delicious. The ice cream truffles were a nice treat at the end of our meal. Wine list offered a great selection. If a little pricey. Alan was an attentive server, he could not do enough to make our celebration dinner fun and memorable.

Working in the events industry for over 30 years, I've seen most things, So driving to Foxhills, I was expecting a decent hotel and decent service. Well, I got that wrong. I had a 24hour stay and was totally blown away by everything I experienced on the day. ||The venue looked immaculate, the service from every member of staff I came in to contact with was amazing - very attentive to my every need, always smiling, polite and welcoming. The food was excellent (I'm that annoying vegan you get in a group - but was perfectly catered for), and the room I stayed in the courtyard area was a great size and beautifully furnished. ||There are so many facilities on site (I experienced Pilates, golf and spa) all housed in well designed and well looked after buildings.||I could go on.||If I lived closer, I'd have joined the membership there and then.||So, an easy 5 stars (I'd give 6 if I could). I'll be recommending to my clients to consider it for any events they are looking to host.

It is a beautiful country club with multiple golf courses and restaurants in Surrey. It is a bit remote, but it is understandable given the scale of the property and the space needed for the courses and many buildings. Definitely a drive to and from destination. Luxurious property with many amenities and warm service. Highly recommended.

Stunning spa experience, reception staff and therapists were professional and knowledgeable. Dinner at the fox restaurant was fantastic and the service great. Rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the wide variety of pool and spa facilities including the heated outdoor pool. Unfortunately the breakfast service was very chaotic and stressful, with much of the buffet missing and staff making multiple mistakes with the orders. To make matters worse one waiter was rude and aggressive to us about swapping the order and even attempted to move items from one plate onto another upon serving. The waiter was unable to give a satisfactory apology and was very defensive saying there were thousands of tables. The supervisor at breakfast was also very rude and stressed, with a poor attitude. We felt very upset by the experience and spoke to duty manager Ursula who listened to us compassionately and professionally, committing immediately to resolving the situation. She spoke to restaurant staff and assured us that there would be follow up from the incidents we observed happening. Upon leaving the hotel we were very satisfied with the spa and dinner experience but especially with the excellent customer service, pride and professionalism of Ursula who clearly cared about upholding excellent hospitality to all guests of Foxhills.
