Joanne & Andrew are perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble. All the rooms are decorated to a high standard. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Off road parking which is a bonus. Fortunately saw the red squirrels and|managed to get a photo of one of them right outside the conservatory window. Would definitely stay again and would |highly recommend to others.

I cannot recommend this guest house enough. The owners, Joanne and Andrew were so friendly and professional, and could not do enough to please us, starting with a pot of tea on arrival . All communication to our questions before and after booking direct were answered in a very timely manner. Book your ferry with them and room direct to get the good ferry discount. The rooms were well presented in keeping with the rest of the accommodation. The whole place was clean and tidy. Our rooms had ensuite with step in power showers handy for us old ens. The garden is fantastic for eating or drinking outside. Andrew keeps a nice bar selection and always willing to act as barman on our return every night for a nightcap., or pot of tea. The included breakfasts were without doubt our food highlights of the stay with a huge selection , well presented and large portions to set you up for the day. Ample parking and an added bonus for me was the two on sight electric wall chargers. Andrew took time to help me the first charge , providing instructions of use and app loading. This facility on site really saved me a lot of time and effort , instead of hunting for charging points during the day when on the island. Overall we agree we would struggle to find a better guest house on the island.

I can highly recommend this lovely hotel in Shanklin. We arrived with a friendly welcome and a cuppa. Rooms were extremely comfy and 100% clean. Breakfast. What can I say - an amazing menu and friendly service. We got a lift from Andrew as couldn't get a taxi which went beyond our expectations, What a lovely couple and staff who were so lovely. They all made us feel very spoilt and you really need to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed The Isle of Wight and Foxhills was the perfect place to stay. Joanne and Andrew were excellent hosts,|Spotlessly clean, our rooms were light, airy and spacious with comfortable, super king beds and large, modern bathrooms. |We particularly liked the availability of a fridge with fresh milk each day and iced water.|Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices.|Thank you for a great stay.|Diana, Gary, Robert and Patty

Fabulouse Foxhills||Hence our 14 day stay! We love everything about the place from the owners, Andrew and Joanne, who are warm friendly and always helpful, to the spotless rooms and great breakfasts. The gardens are beautiful with plenty of space to relax and watch for the red squirrels, encouraged with an ample supply of nuts, etc. |A supply of cold water and fresh milk, from the guests fridge on the first floor, is a really nice touch and our room was spacious, as is the bathroom. All in all 10/10 to you both and hope to see you next year!

Our second year at Foxhills and it won’t be the last. From the minute you arrive Joanne & Andrew welcome you into their beautiful and tastefully decorated home. We stayed for the IoW festival, again, and the bus service is brilliant for getting to and from the festival and the rest of the island for that matter.

Breakfast is 5 stars with traditional and delicious choices, including local produce. It really set us up for the day. My husband loved the full English and I enjoyed avocado toast with poached eggs, gorgeous fruit sundaes, natural yogurt and fluffy omelette amongst other delights!

The bedrooms are lovely and each one uniquely decorated. So many pretty touches. Clean and comfortable.

Outside there is a gorgeous garden which you can relax in with plenty of seating.

Me and my husband have just returned from a delightful three night stay at Foxhills of Shanklin. Joanne & Andrew were great hosts, they could not do enough for you to make sure your stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble. The guest house was clean and well looked after. Bed was comfortable. We both slept so well. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. So much to choose from. The full English Breakfast and the Mushroom Omelette was delicious. It made a great base for us to go and explore the island. A fifteen minute slow walk into Shanklin Old Town. We will definitely love to stay again. Next time we are over on the IOW.

Outstanding B&B experience at Foxhills. The hosts are lovely and incredibly accommodating, the room was clean and well provisioned and the breakfasts were fantastic. Couldn't recommend more, definitely consider this place for your trip!
