My husband and I got married here in an elopement wedding 2 years ago. It was the most beautiful experience - relaxing, magical, warm, happy. This week we visited again to stay 2 nights B&B to celebrate my birthday. Sunshine, flowers, wonderful food, a walk through fields to the beach to swim, lovely gardens to relax in and read a book. The food we had was beyond wonderful. We ordered a savoury platter and a cream tea and everything is cooked and served with such exquisite attention to detail it really is a fantastic treat. Sarah's talent in presentation and care are so wonderful and she puts so much love into everything she does. If you are looking for somewhere lovely to stay, don't hesitate.

We had our wedding here, but stayed in the b&b Sarah, Jeremy and all were fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic so many options, rooms were so cosy. Absolutely recommend. 5minutes from whitsand, lots of dinner options nearby.

As soon as Victoria and I met Sarah and Jeremy and they showed us around their beautiful farmhouse and wedding barns we knew we had to get married there. But what came after we never could have expected. The warmth, love and friendship Sarah and Jeremy have shown us is truly remarkable and so often missing from the world of wedding venues and suppliers. Sarah and Jeremy have been less like wedding venue owners and more like friends dropping everything to help us have the most beautiful wedding day we could have imagined. ||||Thanks to them our day was beautiful, but more importantly, totally relaxed. Guests kept coming up to us and saying how chilled, friendly and laid back it was. I think the cowshed is the antidote to all the worst bits of weddings. And of course, staying in their beautiful farmhouse was a total dream. The cowshed and milking parlour looked amazing with their unique decorations, hay bales and fairy lights. All of that just a few moments back from the beach. We went down to our favourite beach at Whitsand bay for photos and a dip in between lunch and the evening. Our guests loved it. Where to start!!!!! No words I could ever write will tell you or Sarah & Jeremy how amazing this place is and how lovely everyone at The Cowshed is. From the moment we booked our wedding with them, they were so kind, helpful, genuine. Lots of questions were never too many, and every time we visited the venue we were welcomed, and spoilt with lots of tea and cake!!! The actual wedding was incredible. Nothing is too much for Sarah and Jeremy. They help you wherever they can, make the most AMAZING food, welcome you into their home and spoil you (again) with beautiful hampers in the rooms. Not only were they professional, they were so kind and that made our wedding the perfect day that it was. Sarah and Jeremy are now firmly rooted in our marriage and our memories, and now we can call them friends. If you're considering having your wedding here.... do it. You will be blown away by the venue, the home and the staff. I would give you a billion stars!!!! xxxxx

The most romantic, stunning and secluded wedding location! Everything was just perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Extra touches which were personalised made us feel so special, and from the photos taken people always comment how amazing and beautiful the venue looked! Breathtaking...... <3 There will never be enough ways to describe the sheer beauty, exquisite attention to detail, love, care and kindness for our wedding. This stunning venue is beautiful beyond words. We will forever be grateful to Sarah and Jeremy for the most wonderful elopement wedding that they created for us and their warm hospitality. No detail was overlooked, we were welcomed with open arms and we left feeling as if they were more like family than suppliers that we had hired. (& yes lots of tears were shed when we left!) Recently visited for the first time to attend a family wedding. Beautiful setting. You can add what you feel to the venue. Loads and loads of flowers and fairy lights and old vintage bike, bunting and photos. ||We could go anywhere and the owners were so lovely too. ||I had a Great time. I'm sure other wedding couples will choose here too.

My sister got married here in July this year, what a stunningly beautiful place. We all had the most amazing day, Sarah and Jeramy where the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail is difficult to put into words.
