I stayed here with my 11 year old daughter for 1 night and had a great stay!||We were attending an event at the Utilita Arena and it was an excellent location to get to the venue, can walk it in about 15 and can easily walk into the city centre from there too.||It has a very rustic feel to it and is full of charm. The room had lots of detail to it and all the amenities you would expect plus some free bottles of water. ||We had breakfast included in the rate which was served in the restaurant next door which was excellent quality, with croissants and chocolate twists fresh out of the oven.||I would happily stay here again

We were so impressed with everything. The hotel is a wonderful and enchanting labyrinth as you go in and up the wonky stairs. The decor is beautiful in its shabby chic but so in keeping with the building. The bathroom was gorgeous with a fabulous shower. |We joined the people outside for a cheeky early Saturday beer. It was sunny and people were also on the terrace of the annexed Button Factory. It has a really lovely atmosphere and the staff were all so friendly. We felt a cocktail was appropriate at this point. |We are in the nearby Viceroy, which was utterly excellent, then headed back to the bar for a nightcap. They had a DJ who was really good. It was such a great evening.|The location is perfect and feels really safe. We had a buffet style breakfast before we headed off. We were actually thinking of Sunday lunch there as the Yorkshires looked amazing. Alas, we had to head off, giving us a great excuse to return!

Comfy and modern room with a very powerful shower, precisely what you need for a couple of days' stay—highly recommended! The pub next door has fantastic food and beautiful roasts on a Sunday. I am definitely staying here next time I'm in Birmingham

The ladies in the bar were very welcoming on arrival. Room nice and spacious with the attention to detail all thought out. The bed was extremely comfy, bathroom nice and modern with a great shower. One of the best places I’ve stayed in across the jewellery quarter.

What a gem of a find in Birminghams jewellery quater. Beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you could wish for (even full sized mugs for the morning coffee). The staff were all so happy and friendly and the restaurant next door sold excellent food. It's the best hotel I've been to in a while in the UK and I will definitely be returning next time in Brum.

I stayed here twice over the last month for work and would definitely come back! I was upgraded both times and each time, my room was so lovely with everything you could need for a peaceful night - I was so grateful for the bath, such a treat when you’re staying away from home! The bed was really comfortable and the linen SO soft! There was some noise from the pub downstairs but not enough to be a nuisance, overall it was pretty quiet. The service was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone heading to Birmingham. Thanks so much 🙂

What a lovely stay. Visiting on my own, for work. The bedroom had everything I needed, bed was incredibly comfortable and the bath/shower super. I ate a fantastic meal at the adjoining restaurant. Everyone (both in the restaurant and in the Townhouse) were welcoming and helpful. I would happily book again.
