I decided on giving myself a treat and indeed today was truly a treat; I felt pampered in such a calm refreshing setting! I walked out a new woman with my first time classic lashes which look so natural, beautifully shaped brows, neatly polished toes and impeccably designed nails! To top this off, staff were so warm and welcoming; what more could I asked for? Thank you Emily and Ronnie!

Had the best experience today at fresh retreat. With the amazing Ronnie. Had my first ever manicure and pedicure and it was just the best. Definitely recommend and will go again. Such lovely staff and make you feel so comfortable.

Had my lips dissolved and refilled by Shannon. She is absolutely the best. Lips look perfect and her technique is brilliant!!

I also had LVL&Brow lamination by Amy(hope i spell it right?xx) who is super professional and very gentle lady.

Just made me feel so good today. All ladies is so nice and welcoming there. Will come back all the time now 😊 highly recommended!!!!

I was most impressed with Emily's work ethic as she tackled what I know must have been one of the most challenging pedicures she has probably ever done. From callous heels to badly damaged nails. She was a pro who worked meticulously and in no time had my feet feeling and looking good: as smooth as a baby's bottom! I also loved the whole ambience at Fresh Retreat. Ronnie has proven to be amazing with neurodivergent children as she was so patient and tolerant of my nine-year-old daughter whom she did a mini manicure and gel polish for: a lovely treat for the little one. I recently had an anti ageing procedure done by Aimee and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly.
What impressed me most about Aimee was her extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and anti ageing techniques. She explained the procedure in detail, ensuring I understood each step. She also took the time to understand my desired outcome and tailored the treatment accordingly.
Throughout the procedure, Aimee’s calm and reassuring demeanor helped me relax. She was gentle and precise, minimizing any discomfort. I am looking forward to seeing the results and have a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks.
Overall, I highly recommend Aimee for anyone considering an aesthetics procedure. Her expertise, professionalism, and personable approach make her an exceptional practitioner.

My experience with Jaide was great. She was very professional and patient. I was a little unsure with the mircoblading at first but she eased me in, we took a while drawing them on and for me to be happy with them, but I put my trust in her. I’m so glad I did as my brows have never looked better!! Such a beautiful relaxing salon, will definitely be back for some treatments! The ladies in the salon were very friendly and easy to talk to. Wow. I had my eyelashes and brows done with Amy.M yesterday and can only say amazing things. She was so professional throughout the whole service and made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment. The results are amazing I couldn’t be happier!!

All the ladies are so welcoming and I was make to feel right at home !!
Amazing range of refreshments to choose from which is a lovely touch and the whole atmosphere of the salon is something I’ve never experienced before !!!
