Perfect location to the m5.. and sooooooo much cheaper than the main service station the supplies exeter... it's only 1 minute off the track.. give it a try. Obviously it's only open in the day. Perfect on a sunny day. Outside seating is on grass and lush as my daughters locks

Ted, with purpose and appetite, didst find himself in a perfect setting to both nourish his body and engage his mind. From hearty breakfasts to light lunches and sumptuous dinners, the fare is of a quality that doth delight and satisfy.

Here, Ted didst set up his workstation, finding all the necessary amenities to conduct his business with ease. Good food, served quickly and always with a friendly and welcoming manner. I've only quite recently discovered this place and I'm not sure if he is the owner or manager, or something else, but the wonderful man with the lovely accent that takes our order at the till and usually brings the food out is just brilliant! He's always smiling, laughing, and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and he seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. Such a refreshing and friendly attitude, which makes for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Always top-notch service. Keep doing what you're doing because I can't fault it. We will definitely be back!

Whenever you're assigned a workplace within Sowton, or have an appointment in or around the industrial estate, and you have plenty of time to spare and it is early in the morning, you can get yourself a snack or some breakfast at Fresha Ltd. Personally, when I'm there, I tend to go for a peppermint tea, a banana and a chocolate cake (like a biscuit or a brownie). The eatery is fifteen to twenty minutes away from the Digby & Sowton train station, yet it is only about five minutes away from the local Park And Ride bus station.

Had breakfast here today. Great doorstep bacon butty on
wholemeal followed by greek yogurt, with granola, banana, apple and strawberry drizzled with honey.All food was a high standard. The yogurt combo was beautifully presented.
Great coffee too as well as good service. Will think of this place for breakfast again and try a full English.
