Dave and his team were absolutely amazing catering for our wedding day. The swing grill bbq went down an absolute treat in terms of the delicious food and the wow factor to look at. We would highly recommend Frisky Pheasant for any event, especially a wedding. Dave was brilliant from the first day we contacted him all the way through to our wedding day, nothing was too much. Wish we had another celebration coming up so we could have the food all over again!

Dave did our wedding catering at Tree top escapes of pizza and cocktails. Everything was INCREDIBLE. From the gorgeous pizzas to amazing cocktails (pina colada was a personal favourite) it was all perfect. Our guests did not stop talking about how much they loved it. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and making our wedding so special. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We were trying to decide what to do for our wedding food wise and by chance I ended up driving behind Dave’s van so decided to give him a ring. Best phone call I ever made. From our first meeting we knew we had made the right decision. Dave went through everything with us with regards to what he could do etc and came up with the perfect idea for courses for the main event with family and also what to do in the evening for family and friends. The choices were amazing and on the day the food was just fantastic with a great service from an absolutely brilliant chef and staff. We just said what we wanted and Dave delivered above and beyond with everyone commenting on the food and how good it was.
Cannot recommend Frisky Pheasant enough, absolutely made our day not just for us but also all our guest. You sir are an absolute Starbar. Many thanks Richard + Lisa

Dave provided the food for the Friday night party at our wedding at Hallsannery House in September 2023. He was so good to work with, he made everything really easy for us with booking and choosing a menu. On the day he was brilliant, we had mixed gyros wraps and they were so delicious ? all of our guest commented on how nice they were. He was very relaxed and professional and we would 100% recommend him to cater for you.

Dave is a legend. Pure and simple.

Catered a wedding we attended at treetop escape. Was super friendly, engaging with all the guests, happily made cocktails, pizza, tapas.. Just. Amazing. It's brilliant to see pride in local produce in action, and a dedicated mixologist / pizza master / grillboss / El Tapaserista. Has also inspired our daughter to try her hand at mixology!
