A very enjoyable B&B in quiet countryside. Clive and Anna were very welcoming and helpful. The Garden Room was delightful. Very comfortable beds and a good ensuite with plenty of hot water. Breakfast cooked by Anna was delicious. Ingredients were of the highest quality. I must give Clive ( front of house) five stars! ||We will definitely stay here again if we return to Cheltenham from Suffolk.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of almost 2 weeks in the Garden Room, - so pretty, with roses all around and geraniums in the window boxes, and some delightful painted furniture. Lovely views over the countryside and the sweet song of wild birds in the hedgerows. It was quiet, clean, spacious and warm and cozy even in October, and my kind hosts Clive and Anna would put the heater and a lamp on for me each evening as I was visiting family in the area and often got back after dark. Scrummy cooked breakfasts too. I would certainly recommend this and would happily stay again next time I'm visiting.

Garden cottage was lovely. Anna and Clive have made it a nice relaxing room, nicely decorated and comfortably furnished with a good sized bathroom and plenty of hot water. Anna, very thoughtfully, put fresh flowers in the room and fresh milk for tea, coffee etc. They both made us feel at home and we enjoyed our breakfasts each day. Clive is justifiably proud of his wonderful collection of classic cars. They both make wonderful hosts. Thanks too to Pam and Ken who met us when we arrived.

My Husband and I were attending a wedding reception about a mile up the road, so wanted to stay as close to this as possible. When booking, Anna was brilliant in accommodating our needs…. we realised that we wouldn't be able to pick up the key to the cottage before the church service some 20 miles away, then we had to get back for the marquee reception up the road as soon as possible afterwards, so we mutually arranged a safe place to find the key when we finally arrived at Frog Furlong Cottage much later that night. Our cosy little room was formerly a stable where the pony & trap were kept ! The twin beds were very comfortable, we had a shower room with hand basin and WC, tea making facilities with a real bottle of milk with silver foil top waiting for us in the fridge! (Rare these days!). We had breakfast in the main house the next morning. Clive waited on us, asking if we would like 'one egg, or two?' ….. whilst Anna cooked us a superb full English breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our whirlwind stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near Gloucester.

Stayed for 1 night but we wished it could have been longer! The reviews for FrogFurlong were so good we worried it would not live up to expectations - but it exceeded in every way. Anna was so very helpful during the booking process, the room was comfy, spacious and very cottagey - we felt at home straight away. The Garden room has views over farmland and the gorgeous vintage cars - bonus!!! The garden was beautiful and we were encouraged to pick as many apples, damsons and figs we could manage, a lovely surprise. Breakfast one of the best we have ever eaten. Pam and Ken made us so very welcome too. Can't recommend this highly enough if you are looking for a relaxed, traditional, country place with top quality breakfasts. Although we didn't use it, the swimming pool was at our disposal and looked very inviting.

I have stayed at Frogfurlong cottage for at least 3 days per month for the last 5 years!||||It is a delightful cottage out in beautiful countryside yet only about half a mile from the factory that I visit.||||People often stay there who are working at - or flying from - Gloucester Staverton Airport or the nearby military establishment. You can always tell a good B&B when you keep meeting the same people time after time !||||The rooms and beds are very comfortable - always guaranteed a nice peaceful night sleep well away from traffic noise. Good en-suite facilities. Reliable fast wi-fi. Rooms are snug and warm in the winter months.||||Excellent breakfasts provided. Tea and coffee making facilities provided - with fresh milk in a fridge - makes a change from those horrible little tubs you get in some places! ||||Very reasonable prices. In my view the best value in the area - and I have tried several others.||||And to cap it all - a heated indoor swimming pool would you believe - available in the summer by arrangement with the proprietors Anna and Clive. Great to come back to after a hot day at work. Toaster plates and cutlery provided if I want to have a snack in the room.||||Anna and Clive always do everything to make my stay comfortable.||||Highly recommended.

We stayed here in March for two nights, the room was comfortable, cosy and warm. Our hosts were fantastic and paid attention to detail. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options to choose from. The property is very quirky, and off the beaten track which is lovely if you just want a little bit of peace and quiet

Recommended by Tiger Airways as we were flying in a vintage biplane the following day. Anna and Clive were really friendly and informative hosts. They booked us into a great gastro-pub five minutes away, which didn't disappoint, and then served us a superb breakfast the following morning. Quirky but very pleasant, cosy accommodation, with the added bonus of some beautiful old cars. A real treat! Not run-of-the mill but if you like something that bit different, try it. Really quiet too.
