Enjoyed my visit here: no-nonsense menu, friendly staff, relaxed feel and good prices. I'd been on a 10-mile walk in the cold so I was glad of a warm space and a baked potato. Thanks!

Nice range of looking things. The house breakfasts looked good. Strawberry scone had nice flavour but really crumbly. Ok Coffee. No room for strollers/buggies/pushchairs- have to leave them outside. Very cramped inside due to tiny place and lots of tables and chairs. Will try again.

I'm really sorry, love the owner but the very young lady who made our coffee today didn't even tamper the coffee, our latte just tasted of hot milk and it wasn't timed, although having a great espresso machine your barista should have been able to make it better. I even had to add instant coffee when we got home.

Proper cafe. Son loved his full English. Nice looking menu of other things too; Eggs Benedict (though no ham), American pankcakes with syrup and bacon for breakfast, Moussaka for lunch ( and the usual array of sandwiches ). Guys running it kept calling me Boss too.

A little light lunch cheese and ham toastie and a hot chocolate to die for. Great service and a chance to make new friends with like minded visitors to the cafe. A really great place.

Order a buffet to be delivered for a wake. Paid in full when ordering and nothing turned up on the day. Phoned and they were unaware of any order. Absolute disgrace!!
